| Objective: To evaluate the effects and safety assessment of the application of Gugua Extractivesinject on elderly Colles fracture.Methods: the clinical data of 100 elderly patients with Colles fracture treated with bone melon extract and pain relieving tablets from August 2013 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.There were 57 males and 43 females,with an average age of69±12.5 years.100 patients were divided into 2 treatment groups by random number method,that is,the Gugua extract injection group and the pain relieving tablet group.Among them,there were 50 cases of senile Colles fracture in the Gugua extract injection group,29 males and 21 females,with an average age of 72.54±4.78 years.Application of Gugua extract injection for treatment,that is,manual reduction,rigid fixation,began to apply Gugua extract injection 50 mg,add 250 ml physiological saline intravenous drip,once a day,for 10 consecutive days.There were 50 cases of senile Colles fracture in the Tong Shu tablet group,including 28 males and 22 females,with an average age of69.98±8.76 years.After manual reduction and firm fixation,pain relieving tablets were used for oral administration,taking 4 tablets each time,3 times a day for 20 days,with an average duration of 2-3 months.12 cases of Gugua extract injection group Gartland in type II,18 cases of type III,20 cases of type IV,19 cases of Tong shu tablet group type Gartland type II,type III in 22 cases,9 cases of type IV,two groups of patients were reset method by the same group of senior doctors using fold the top angle of complete manual reduction.Statistical analysis was used to compare the basic data of the two groups in terms of age,sex,and fracture type.Based on the previous research clinical observation,select the reset 3days,6days,9days,12 days compared two groups of patients with limb swelling and recent situation by using visual analogue scale(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS score)were compared between the two groups of limb pain,the imaging score index after reduction of 14 days,28days and after 3 months,to evaluate the formation of X-ray on fracture healing.Results:The data of 100 old patients with Colles fracture were recorded and improved,and good follow-up was obtained。(1)Gugua extract injection group and Tongshu tablet groups in age,gender,fracture type comparison results and other basic data showed no significant difference between two groups in age(T=0.197,P=0.373>0.05);no significant difference between the two groups of patients with gender(x 2=1.405,P= 0.236>0.05);the two groups of patients with fracture there was no significant difference between the type(x 2=2.895,P=0.937>0.05).(2)in the comparison of two groups of patients with limb swelling,no significant difference between the guguatiquwu injection group in patients with limb swelling in the reduction of the limb swelling of 3days(T=30.092,P=0.291>0.05),and after the restoration of 6days,9 days,12 days in patients with limb swelling were significantly different(T=9.913,P=0.015<0.05;P=0.0213<0.05;T=8.921;T=10.902,P=0.0181<0.05).(3)according to the VAS score,compared two groups of patients with limb pain,Gugua extract injection limb pain score had no significant difference in the reduction of 3days(T=27.176,P=0.327>0.05),and after the restoration of 6days,9days,12 days were significantly different in patients with limb pain score(T=10.823,P=0.011<0.05;T=10.029,P=0.029<0.05;T=9.022,P=0.019<0.05).(4)according to the imaging score,two groups of patients with limb X-ray had no significant difference in 14days(T=31.893,P=0.141>0.05),and after the restoration of 28 days,3 months.X-ray film on the callus formation were significantly different(T=11.982,P=0.022<0.05;T=21.921,P=0.009<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of Gugua extract injection at the lower end of elderly Colles fracture,can reduce swelling,relieve pain,shorten the healing time and curative effect is better than that of Tong shu tablets group,and no adverse drug reactions,is safe and effective for alleviating pain,clinical fractures,accelerate the swelling,accelerate fracture healing,promote early functional recovery is good the curative effect,worth clinical application. |
