The Influence Of Guanjieniucuoshangxiji On Rehabilitation Of Joint Function After Manual Reduction And External Fixation Of Colles Fracture

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Guanjieniucuoshangxiji on functional rehabilitation of joints after manual reduction and external fixation of Colles fracture,and to provide objective basis for clinical application.Method Using prospective randomized control study method,from January 2019 to December 2019,90 patients with Colles fracture who were treated in the emergency department of the orthopedics department of fuzhou second hospital were randomly divided in to control group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each.All cases were treated with manual reduction and external plaster fixation.After fixation for 6 weeks,the plaster was removed.Patients in the control group were given 6-week warm water fumigation combined with wrist function exercise,and those in the test group were given 6-week Guanjieniucuoshangxiji fumigation combined with wrist function exercise.VAS scores,gartland-werley scores and swelling scores were compared before fumigation,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after fumigation,and the overall good and good rates were compared after fumigation.All data was statistically processed using SPSS21.0.Result 1.General situation: in the control group,there were 15 males and 30 females,aged 61.16±4.81 years,17 on the right and 28 on the left.In the experimental group,there were 13 males and 32 females,aged 60.64±4.30 years,15 on the right and 30 on the left.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,sex and profile(P>0.05).2.VAS score: before fumigation,VAS score of the control group was compared with that of the experimental group,P=0.898>0.05,with no statistically significant difference.After 2 weeks of fumigation,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 4 weeks of fumigation,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 6 weeks of fumigation,P=0.003<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Therefore,VAS scores of the experimental group were better after 2,4 and6 weeks of fumigation.3.Gartland-werley score: before fumigation,gartland-werley score of the control group was compared with that of the experimental group,P=0.629>0.05,with no statistically significant difference.After 2 weeks of fumigation,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 4 weeks of fumigation,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 6 weeks of fumigation,P=0.005<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Therefore,gartland-werley scores were better in the experimental group after 2,4 and 6 weeks of fumigation.4.Swelling score: before fumigation,the swelling score of the control group was compared with that of the experimental group,P=0.156>0.05,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of fumigation,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 4 weeks of fumigation,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 6 weeks of fumigation,P=0.005<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Therefore,after 2,4 and 6 weeks of fumigation,the swelling score of the experimental group was better.5.Excellent and good rate of the last group: after 6 weeks of fumigation and washing treatment,the overall excellent and good rate of the control group was 66.60%,which was less than 91.10% of the test group.The Z value was-2.852,P=0.004<0.05,showing a statistical difference.Conclusion Guanjieniucuoshangxiji can effectively promote the rehabilitation of wrist joint function in patients with Colles fracture after manual reduction and external fixation.It has a significant effect on relieving wrist joint pain,improving related clinical symptoms and improving patients’ quality of life.Meanwhile,no obvious toxic and side effects and adverse reactions have been found.
