Model Build And Its Empirical Research Of Health Culture Construction

This article took health culture construction as research entry point under the background of Healthy China 2030 and Healthy City required building health culture.combined literature review and quantitative analysis to explore component of health culture construction.First,objectively summarized and analyzed development of health culture at home by literature reviewing,sorted out the venation of health culture construction as health promotion and healthy city under Healthy China 2030,provided an outlook of the future health culture research.Second,analyzed the components of health culture construction based on cultural hierarchy theory from cultural factors influence on healthy behaviors,on the basis of precede-proceed model and behavior-choices’ culture change model,used comprehensive application of behavioral change theory and so on,proposed the research hypothesis and the initial theoretical model.Third,constructed the model of components of health culture construction in accordance with our national conditions by empirical analyzing and put forward the strategies and suggestions of building and promoting health culture construction.This study took health value and health consciousness of healthy spiritual culture,health behavior of healthy behavior culture,supporting environment of healthy material culture and organizational norm of healthy institutional culture as research variables to build a scale.First of all,used SPSS to test the reliability and validity of scales and explored relationship between variables by means of regression analysis from recycle data to modify the initial model.Then,used AMOS to confirmatory analysis and path analysis the model.Last,evaluated the influence factors on the health culture construction and put forward the strategies and suggestions of health culture construction.One of research results showed that health value and health consciousness of healthy spiritual culture and supporting environment of healthy material culture have significant positive influence on health behavior.Among them,health consciousness has the biggest influence on the choice of health behavior.Another research result showed that supporting environment of healthy material culture in addition to directly influence on the choice of health behavior but it can also indirectly influence on the choice of health behavior through the regulation of health consciousness also it has the same influence on the health value.Last research result showed that organizational norm of healthy institutional culture has no significant influence on health behavior.In summary,healthy material culture is the basis of health culture construction,not only it can influence the choice of health behavior directly also healthy spiritual culture through healthy material culture construction to establish people’s right health value and enhance their health consciousness.Healthy spiritual culture is the decisive factor that decides healthy behavior change,it is the core of health culture construction.
