Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yi Shen Hua Zhuo In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy(Kidney Deficiency Blood Stasis,Moist Turbid Block Type)

Objective: To observe the treatment of diabetic nephropathy renal change chaotic party disease(Kidniey and blood stasis and damp turbidity block)of clinical efficacy,and evaluate its effectiveness and safety.Methods: Using randomized controlled methods,will be included in the standard of 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy(Kidney deficiency and blood stasis,dampness turbidity block)patients were divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each.Control group:basic treatment plus western medicine;Treatment group: basic western medicine treatment and kidney turbidity party,4 weeks for a period of treatment,treatment 3 period of treatment.We observed before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,FPG,2HPG,HbAlc,blood lipids(TC?TG?HDL-C?LDL-C),24 h urine trace albumin,the change of the indexes of urinary albumin excretion rate.Results:(1)The overall efficacy of western medicine was 56.67%,30.0% effective,86.67% in total,30.0% in the control group,36.67% in efficiency and 66.67% in total efficiency.There was a statistical difference between the two groups of data after the chi 2 test(P<0.05).After treatment,the UAER value group was compared(P<0.05).Both groups showed a decrease in the values,and the decrease in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the data in the two groups were statistically different.The overall efficacy of western medicine was 56.67%,30.0% effective,86.67% in total,30.0% in the control group,36.67%in efficiency and 66.67% in total efficiency.There was a statistical difference between the two groups of data after the chi 2 test(P<0.05).After treatment,the UAER value group was compared(P<0.05).Both groups showed a decrease in the values,and the decrease in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the data in the two groups were statistically different.(2)The curative effect of TCM syndromes;After treatment,the efficacy of TCM was60.0%,30.0% and 90.0%,and the control group was 6.67%,effective 56.67%,and the total effective rate was 63.34%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups of data after the chi 2 test(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups of TCM syndromes(P<0.05)was significantly lower than that in the treatment group,and the treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral comparison between groups(P<0.05),after treatment the symptoms integral are falling(except for body weight,body fat,encrusted skin),and the treatment group is better than that of control group,two groups of data statistically significant.(3)Blood glucose: after treatment,the comparison of FPG,2hPG,and HbAlc group(P<0.05)showed statistically significant difference between the two groups,and both groups were significantly lower than before treatment.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)Blood lipids: compared between TC,TG,hdl-c and ldl-c after treatment(P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.(5)Safety: no adverse events occurred during the observation,and two groups of drugs can be determined to be safe in clinical application according to safety evaluation criteria.It is shown that the nephroturbidifying prescription is safe in clinical DN treatment.Conclusion: Of kidney turbidity can effectively improve the DN patients clinical symptoms and signs,which can effectively reduce UAER DN patienssts,benefiting kidney turbidity party clinical curative effect is distinct and drug safety.
