Part one Qualitative Study Of Dietary Experience During PostoPerativePeriod In Patients With Gastric CancerObjective: The purpose of this study is to explore the real experience of early postoperative diet in patients with gastric cancer and to provide a basis for the preparation of questionnaire on postoperative nutrition of patients with gastric cancer. Methods: In the first part, nine gastrostomy subjects are interviewed with semi-structure interview by using phenomenological method in qualitative research and the data are analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis. Results: Through the analysis of the interview data, three main topics are obtained: the knowledge of dietary nutrition reserves, the attitude towards to learn knowledge about dietary nutrition and the behaviors of postoperative nutritional diet. Conclusion: First of all,the patients with gastric cancer after gastrostomy lack of basic nutrition and hospital-related dietary knowledge, especially in the choice of dietary types and transition time. Moreover, patients' treatments of postoperative nutritional status of diet are good, and most patients think that dietary nutrition plays an important role in postoperative recovery, and hope to obtain relevant knowledge about dietary nutrition through medical staff.Lastly, patients lack of proper nutrition practice. Some patients can obey the basic principle that eat less and chew slower, whereas some patients still do not meet recommendations for scientific dietary, causing adverse reactions after eating.Part two The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of Postoperative D-Ietary Ntrition Knowledge,Attitude and Practice on GastricCancer PatientsObjective: By investigating the status quo of postoperative nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice of gastric cancer patients, and discussing the influence factors, the paper can finally provide a basis for education and research on postoperative dietary nutrition health of gastric cancer patients. Methods: The method in the second part is convenience sampling, and the paper applies self-designed questionnaire in field investigation in postoperative gastric cancer patients who are in a same general tertiary hospital in Hebei province The questionnaire included two parts,in which one is a questionnaire of general condition and the other one is a questionnaire of postoperative dietary nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice of gastric cancer patients.Calculating the scores and pass rates of each dimension is used as statistical method.Quantitative data are described by mean and standard deviation, and qualitative data are described by frequency and percentile. In influence factors, single factor analysis uses t-test,analysis of variance,non-parametric rank and inspection, and multi-factor analysis takes multiple linear regression into consideration. Results: A total of 132 valid questionnaires are collected. The average score on knowledge, attitude and practice is 93.97 ± 15.26 with a pass rate of75.76%.The average score on knowledge dimension is 49.73 ± 13.69 with a pass rate of 70.45%.The average score on attitude dimension is 31.88 ± 2.98 with a pass rate of 99.24%.The average score on practice dimension is 12.35± 2.52 with a pass rate of 49.24%.Single factor analysis shows that different residences, occupation, literacy, average income per month, the method of payment in medical expenses have an impact on the knowledge, attitude and practice(P <0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis shows that literacy has an impact on the scores on knowledge, attitude and practice(P <0.05).Conclusion: Postoperative of gastric cancer patients, lack of relevant knowledge of basics nutrition and hospital dietary, good attitude towards dietnutrition, but lack of scientific nutritional behavior. When implementing health education, nursing staff should fully assess patients' level of knowledge, attitude and practice, and combine with the impact of factors,to take individual and specific measures to comprehensively and effectively improve the nutritional knowledge of gastric cancer patients reserves and the compliance of postoperative dietary,to establish and strengthen scientific postoperative nutritional behavior of diet,so as to avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications and adverse reactions which are related to dietary nutrition, and to improve the quality of postoperative life of patients. Conclusion:Postoperative of gastric cancer patients, lack of relevant knowledge of nutrition, good attitude towards diet nutrition, but lack of scientific nutritional behavior. The nursing staff should do well in evaluation and education, and improve the level of the patient's knowledge, attitude, practice.so as to avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications and adverse reactions which are related to dietary nutrition.
