The Influence Of Qian Mi Tong Pian On Chemokines MIP-1? And MCP-1 In Prostatic Fluid Of Patients With Type ? Prostatitis (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objectives:Bying comparing the changes of lecithin corpuscle,white blood cells,MIP-1 alpha,MCP-1 content in prostate liquid of the patients treated with qianmitong tablets and qianlietongyu capsule and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,to explore the mechanism of alleviating the pain of CPPS and to provide support for clinical application.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2017,causes of prostatitis in the Affi liated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were co llected,and 72 cases were selected,which were diagnosed as Qi stagnation blood stasis type.By adopting the randomized and controlled method,the patients were divided into two groups(36 cases).The patients in the experimental group were treated with qianmitong tablets provided by the Affiliated Hospital of Chengd u University of Traditional Chinese Medicine processing room,100specifications/bottles,each containing crude drug 0.3g.Usage 3 times a day,6 tablets each time.And the patients in the control group were treated with qianlietongyu capsule provided by the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chine se Medicine(Zhuhai Xingguang Pharmaceutical Co,Ltd.production,The national drug approval number:Z19990060),100 granule/bottles,Usage 3 times a day,5 gra nule each time.Two groups of treatment were 1 months.Comparison of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of prostatic fluid quality,TCM sy ndrome score changes.After the data were collected,SPSS19.0 was used for analysis.data analysis,meet the normal distribution group quantitative data using T test,are the mumber of inter group compared with single factor variance analysis,does not meet the normal distribution,using non parametric test.Chi square test was used to compare the rates,and the variance was not homogeneous by rank sum test,and the results were expressed by mean plus or minus standard deviation(s),and the Pa < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.The experimental group had significant improvement after treatment in TCM Syndrome score,NIH-CPSI score,cpsi-pain score,EPS mirror examination,Mip-1?and MCP-1.And P<0.05,the effect is obviously different.2.The control group showed significant improvement in TCM syndrome score,NIH-CPSI total score,CPSI-pain score,EPS microscopy,MIP-1 alpha and MCP-1 after treatment,and the P<0.05,showing significant difference.3.In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 86.11%,the cure rate was27.78%,the effect was 41.67%,the effective 16.67%,and the invalid13.89%.Compared with the control group,the total effect was 72.22%,the cure was8.33%,the effect was 38.89%,the effective was 25%,and the effect was 27.78%.The difference of curative effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.In the treatment group,the improvement of TCM syndrome score,NIH-CPSI total score,EPS microscopy,MIP-1 alpha and MCP-1 were similar to those of the control group,but no significant difference was found between the two groups.The difference between the two groups in the improvement of CPSI-pain score was statistically significant,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Qianmitong tablet was effective in the treatment of Chronic prostatitis and there was same results compaired with qian lie tong yu capsule.It could enhance the efficacy of medical treatment,especially for those people with obvious pain symptoms.And qian mi tong tablet could increase the lecithin corpuscles and decrease MIP-1?and MCP-1 in the expression of prostic secretion while inhancing the patients' life quality.
