The Clinical Research And The Therapeutic Effect Of Mechanism In Type ?B Prostatitis And Asthenospermia With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Treated By Qian Mi Tong

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Qian Mi Tong for treatment in chronic non bacterial prostatitis and asthenospermia with Qi stagnation and blood stasis and possible mechanism to treat the disease by the relevant indicators.Methods: The 72 subjects were treated,Reference to the principles of a randomized,controlled,using random allocation methods divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases.The control group was treated with Qian Lie Tong Yu capsule each five,3 times a day,.Treatment group was treated with Qian Mi Tong each six,3 times a day.The treatment lasted 4 weeks,A total of 3 treatments were observed.Then observed NIH-CPSI score,Semen routine,TCM syndrome symptom scores before and after treatment.In addition,all patients semen specimens were MDA?SOD detection.Results: After treatment,the treatment group 6 cases were cured,17 cases were effective,6 cases got improved,5 cases were ineffective and 2 cases of shedding.The total effective rate in Kangfuxin clyster is 67.65%;the control group 6 cases were cured,14 cases were effective,8 cases got improved,4 cases were ineffective and 4cases of shedding.The total effective rate in western medicine is 62.50%;The treatment group and control group no significiant differences in statistics(P >0.05).The patients with Qian Mi Tong in NIH-CPSI score,TCM syndrome symptom scores,MDA and SOD cytokines were improved.Correlation analysis found that chronic non bacterial prostatitis can significantly improve the MDA content in the seminal plasma,but SOD significant reduce of seminal plasma.Conclusion: Qian Mi Tong have curative effect on type ?B prostatitis and cansignificantly reduce the MDA content in the seminal plasma,but SOD significant improve of seminal plasma,so it play a therapeutic role on Adjust the body with Oxidative stress status and improve the body's antioxidant.
