The Clinical Observation Based On The Theory Of Acupoint Sensitization To Investigate Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)surface Pressure Point Correlation Between Meridians,Acupoints

Objective:Based on the theory of acupoint sensitization to explore the distribution characteristics and laws of coronary heart disease(CHD)surface pressure point and its correlation with meridians,acupuncture points,to assist the acupuncture clinical diagnosis,treatment of coronary heart disease,provide reference for its curative effect evaluation,rich acupoint sensitization in clinical practice.Methods:This test by the method of queue and included in 52 patients of coronary heart disease diagnosis standard as observation object,coronary heart disease(CHD)with conventional medical treatment,people in 54 cases of healthy control,the basic information of the collection into the group and disease related information,record the pressure point part of the coronary heart disease(CHD)patients and healthy people,the degree of pain,tenderness and specific acupoints(closed in,in the hsin shu,shan,ke shu,jue Yin shu,st 36)resistance,record three times,record the date of admission respectively 1 day,4 days,7 days.SPSS23.0 software was used to analyze the incidence,distribution location,body surface tenderness point and meridian,acupoint correlation,and the changes of acupoints and the corresponding acupoint resistance values before and after treatment.Results:1.The incidence of pressure points in the body of patients with coronary heart disease was about 73.08%,and the majority of patients showed 1-2 tenderness points.The incidence of tenderness in healthy people was about 9.26%.2.coronary heart disease patients with body surface pressure point in hand jue Yin pericardium through distribution,most jue Yin shu,closed in,tianchi acupoint pressure point most times,and the pressure point presents the electrical characteristics of high resistance,after treatment the patients pain and resistance of pressure point score decreased,the difference before and after treatment,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.3.before treatment,patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)heart,closed in,jue Yin yu,yu shan in den compared with healthy people to present the characteristics of high resistance,these developments to resistance decreased after conventional treatment,the resistance of the differences before and after treatment,P < 0.05,statistically significant;Compared to healthy developments about double side resistance,coronary heart disease(CHD)in patients with heart,internal clearance,jue Yin yu shu appear around the resistance of the bilateral imbalance,after treatment in patients with coronary heart disease heart shu,internal clearance,jue Yin yu about the resistance of the unbalanced phenomenon,gradually corrected,the difference before and after treatment,P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant;4.Compared with healthy people,there was no high resistance and left or right resistance imbalance in the diaphragm of patients with coronary heart disease,and there was no significant difference between them.Conclusion:1.The body surface tenderness point of coronary heart disease is a manifestation of acupoint sensitization,and the pain sensitization and electrosensitization of acupoints are closely related.2.Xinyu,neiguan,juyin and shan are important acupoints of coronary heart disease.3.Phrenic and foot 3 are the non-sensitized points for coronary heart disease.4.The measurement of the resistance value of specific acupoints by meridian acupoint resistance detector has certain significance for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
