Objective:this research adopt prospective, randomized controlled study method,to observe and evaluate curative effect and safety of oseltamivir and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment, based on guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of influenza(2011edition),in treating mild influenza. Methods:In February 2013 to May 2016 in chengdu infectious disease hospital outpatient and the inpatient cases collected,to conform to the inclusion criteria,do not accord with standard of rule out into the group of patients, informed the basic situation of the study, patients agreed and signed written informed consent, according to the diagnosis of the order number, refer to random number table, get a random number, from the random number mantissa parity assigned into the group,an odd number into the experimental group, even into the control group and experimental group native to foundation treatment with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, the control group given basic treatment with oseltamivir antiviral treatment, two groups of drug treatment for five days, visit 7 days.Observe and record two groups of TCM syndrome integral,TCM syndrome curative effect, antifebrile time, the main flu symptoms time,as well as the safety index(routine blood, liver and kidney function, myocardial enzymology),etc.,by using the software of statistical SPSS21.0 for statistical analysis.Result:(1)Baseline data comparison: two groups of patients before treatment of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical classification, age, gender, fever were pharyngeal, clinical symptoms and physical signs, routine blood and kidney function, myocardial enzyme etc. There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)TCM symptoms integral aspect: two groups of patients after treatment,TCM syndrome integral than before treatment were lower;Experimental group and control group before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral, comparing the difference examination in TCM syndrome integral drop is higher than the control group, the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Syndromes curative effect efficiently aspects: two groups of patients before and after treatment efficacy rate of syndromes, experimental group is significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)Antifebrile time aspects: experimental group antifebrile effect time, body temperature returned to normal time are shorter than the control group,by t test, the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)Antifebrile rates: two groups of therapeutic effect compared with the experimental treatment day 1 and 3 days antifebrile rate is significantly higher than the control group, two groups was statistically significant antifebrile rate(P < 0.05).(6)Safety: two groups of patients after treatment, blood routine indexes(number of white blood cells, red blood cell count, platelet count)compared with before treatment, there were no statistically significant difference.Liver and kidney function, myocardial enzymology indexes after treatment did not see abnormalities. No serious complications occurred in the process of treatment and nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other adverse reactions. Conclusion:Based on the diagnosis and treatment of influenza guide(2011 edition)"flu syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine scheme in improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine has obvious advantages in oseltamivir,The Chinese medicine dialectical scheme is mainly by shortening the antifebrile effect time and body temperature returned to normal time, improve the cough, sputum, symptoms such as headache, muscle aches, and improve the patient's life quality, and the Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of influenza(mild) has good security.
