Professor Shen Qilin's Clinical Experience In Treating Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease From The Perspective Of Lung,Spleen And Kidney

Objective: Through clinical outpatient records,observation records of patients with symptoms and the traditional Chinese Medicin(TCM)prescription.Analysis of the patient's symptoms and clinical syndromes,and statistical analysis of prescription with the Professor Shen in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients,and summarize the clinical experience of Professor Shen using TCM prescription in the treatment of COPD,and summarize the valuable experience of Professor Shen in the treatment of COPD better,in order to smriti the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of COPD experience better,and provide new treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods: Selected 351 copies of outpatient medical records in accordance with the criteria for the diagnosis of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,then,by analyzing the patient's symptoms and clinical syndromes;and statistical analysis of the frequency of use herb,four characters and five tastes of the herb,cold?heat?warm and cool of the herb,channel tropism and efficacy of the herb which is used frequency over ten times,to evaluate stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patient's clinical common syndrome and characteristics of prescription medicine.Results: According to statistics,the distribution of the type of syndrome is main lung spleen kidney three viscera deficiency in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease..The major prescription medicine were cough phlegm medicine and tonify deficiency medicine accounted for 52%,and the major tonify deficiency medicine were tonify qi and tonify yin medicine,accounted for 83%,and tonify blood medicine and tonify yang medicine,accounted for a total of 13%.As for channel tropism,lung spleen kidney three viscera were used 5678 times,the probability is 54%.Warm herb proportion of 35% in cold and heat herb.The statistics show that five tastes of traditional herb with bitter sweet pungent most,and 36%sweet herb,35% bitter herb and 28% pungent herb.Conclusion: Professor Shen Qilin adopt the method of lung spleen kidney three viscera deficiency to treatment COPD,The viscera lesion of stable chronic obstructivepulmonary disease involve lung spleen kidney three viscera mostly,using the method of lung spleen kidney to treatment of the disease can achieve better clinical efficacy.
