Purpose:Objective To observe P-cresyl and Indoxyl sulfate with the clinical curative effect of draft by Chen Ming's professor to tonifying Qi,promote blood circulation and eliminating turbid with Traditional Chinense medicine decoction on chronic renal failure with non dialysis patients.Method:Self control group,from September 2016 to January 2017,select 30 cases of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital Department of nephrology outpatient clinic,with diagnosis of chronic renal failure and TCM diagnosis of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type.According to after the diagnosis,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria based on fasting blood sampling and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine extract new patients,observed with renal function,TCM symptoms and uremic toxins level changes were compared before and after treatment,observe to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of draft by Chen Ming's professor to tonifying Qi,promote blood circulation and eliminating turbid with TCM decoction on chronic renal failure uremic toxins.Observation of treatment for 3 months or more than.Result:There were 30 patients(19 males and 11 females);Age 18-80 years old,average 52.63 ±13.53 years old;CKD staging was 17 cases in stage CKD3,10 cases in stage CKD4,3 cases in stage CKD5.The patient of gender,age,chronic renal disease of stage and other general information can be compared,but not statistical significance.The patient of TCM symptoms scores before and after treatment was obvious significant different(P<0.01);before and after treatment,there was obvious significant difference in Scr,e GFR(P<0.01);BUN significant difference(P<0.05);UA difference was not obvious(P>0.05);before and after treatment,there was significant difference in uremic toxin IS(P<0.05);PCS obvious significant difference(P<0.01);Comparison of TCM symptoms before and after treatment are fatigue,abdominal distension,low back pain,loose stool was obvious significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but in anorexia after treatment than before treatment remission(P<0.05).Total effective rate before and after treatment is 86.67%.Conclusion: The study found that draft by Chen Ming's professor to tonifying Qi,promote blood circulation and eliminating turbid with TCM decortion in treatment of chronic renal failure with non dialysis patients and have spleen and kidney Qi deficiency type has remarkable curative effect,can improved renal function,uremic toxins level changes and relieve clinical symptoms.
