Objective:To investigate the expression of angiopoietin-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor in peripheral blood of patients with renal cell carcinoma,and to explore the changes and their relationship.Methods:A total of 56 cases of ShanXi Medical University First Hospital Uropoiesis Surgical Department in February 2016 to October 2016 were patients with renal cell carcinoma,early in the morning on an empty stomach the extraction in peripheral blood in patients with 5 ml,according to the AJCC TNM staging of renal cell carcinoma standards were divided into experimental group 1,2,3,the control for medical examination normal peripheral blood sample,a total of 30 cases of healthy subjects.The expression of Ang-2and VEGF in serum was detected by ELISA,and statistical analysis was performed.Results:In the normal control group,VEGF expression was compared in peripheral blood of the patients in the three experimental groups,and there were differences in comparison between the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Experiment 3 group of Ang-2 level obviously than the control group and experiment 1 and experiment 2 group,control group of Ang-2 significantly lower compared with the experiment of three groups,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Serum Ang-2 and VEGF were positively correlated in patients with renal cell carcinoma(r=0.732,P<0.05).Conclusion:Ang-2 and VEGF both show a high degree of expression in peripheral blood of renal cell carcinoma,moreover,there is a certain association between this phenomenon and clinical staging.In the development of renal cell carcinoma,Ang-2 and VEGF may interact with each other.
