Objective Through the retrospective analysis to discuss the changes of blood lipid and the relationship between non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL-C)and coronary disease severity in blood glucose patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Based on fasting blood sugar levels of 6.1mmol/L,474 routine coronary angiography examination in hospitalized patients diagnosed with CHD were divided into normal blood glucose group(the case group)and abnormal blood glucose group(the control group);according to different coronary lesion counts, the above two groups of each cent gives three subgroups:single lesion group, double branch lesion group and three lesions group. To compare changes in blood lipid index in both groups and analyze the correlation between low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),non-HDL-C and coronary artery lesion degree. Results 1.Total cholesterol(TC),LDL-C,triglyceride(TG)and non-HDL-C levels of blood glucose group higher than those of normal blood glucose group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The levels of TC,LDL-C and non-HDL-C in two groups are rising along with increase of coronary lesion counts, all have significant difference(P<0.001);3.The association between TC,LDL-C and non-HDL-C of the above two groups and coronary artery severity were significant(P<0.001),and the correlation was more outstanding in normal blood glucose group. Conclusion Whether the blood glucose level of CHD patients is normal, the association between non-HDL-C and coronary artery severity is significant and theassociation of non-HDL-C is more significant than that of LDL-C.Compared with CHD patients whose blood glucose is normal, the association between non-HDL-C and coronary artery severity is more significant in CHD patients whose blood glucose is abnormal, and non-HDL-C can be a reliability index for evaluating and predicting the lesion severity of the CHD patients with abnormal blood glucose.
