| Objectives:To explore the application effect of the teaching model of Microlecture combining with MiniQuest in nursing teaching,and to provide reference for nursing teaching reform.Methods:This study selected 2014 full-time undergraduate nursing professional 172 students from a nursing college in Changsha as the research objects,using simple random grouping method.The students were divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group in the course of teaching in the course of Microlecture combining with MiniQuest teaching mode,the controlgroup in the curriculum teaching with traditional teaching method.Before the course the two groups nursing students inquiry learning acceptance survey,and use the Chinese version of the California critical thinking questionnaire(CTDI.CV)were used to evaluate the ability of critical thinking;After the course comparative analysis of the two groups of nursing students related theoretical achievements,teaching effectiveness and critical thinking ability.Results:①There was no significant difference between the two groups in the general information of nursing students and the acceptance of the network inquiry learning(P>0.05).② The unit test theory scores of the study group(84.01±11.004)higher than in the control group(65.92 ±15.913),the difference was statistically significant(t=8.635,P<0.01);the experimental group and the control group of nursing students score distribution theory comparison,the difference was statistically significant(x2=44.75,P<0.01),the experimental group was higher than that of control group(22.08%);At the end of the course,the theoretical research group(75.34±8.495)was higher than that of the control group(70.89 ± 11.560),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.859,P<0.01).③Microlecture combining with MiniQuest teaching mode in improving the learning interest and autonomous learning ability,ability to analyze and solve problems,the integrated use of knowledge,clinical thinking ability,interpersonal skills,creative thinking ability,potential is superior to the traditional teaching method,the satisfaction of the experimental group and the control group was 100%and 72.62%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).④ The total scores of critical thinking ability after the experimental group(252.9+30.82)higher than that of the control group(240.8±25.77),the difference was statistically significant(t=2.746,P<0.01),looking for the truth,open thinking,analytical skills,critical thinking self-confidence,cognitive maturity score 5 dimensions were higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);critical thinking ability of nursing students experimental group after the course evaluation score(252.9 ± 30.82)higher than that before the course(244.5 i24.39),the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.812,P<0.01);the experimental group of nursing students in the open mind,systematic ability,critical thinking self-confidence,the 4 dimensions of knowledge seeking after the course of higher than the curriculum,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Microlecture combining with MiniQuest teaching mode can better play their respective role,can significantly improve the nursing students’ theory courses,to improve teaching effect,help students autonomous learning,analyzing and solving problems,the integrated use of knowledge,clinical thinking,creative thinking ability,help to improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students.This model is acceptable to students and is conducive to professional growth of teachers.It is worth popularizing. |
