Clinical Study Of Compound Shougong Powder On Synergistic Effect And Efficacy Of Chemotherapy In Treating Adwanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Of Spleen And Lung Qi Deficiency Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of compound shougong powder combined with chemotherapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer of spleen and lung qi deficiency type,to explore the therapeutic effect of compound shougong powder,the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer provides an effective TCM treatment.Methods:50 cases were collected from December 2016 to December 2017 year in Anhui Province Chinese medicine hospital tumor hospital NSCLC patients were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group),the control group was treated with chemotherapy(initial treatment,without surgery and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy with platinum containing two drug combination chemotherapy with docetaxel retreatment;or pemetrexed monotherapy),the patients in treatment group were on the basis of oral compound Shougong powder 5g TID treatment,observation of 2 courses,each course of 21 days,two groups were observed before and after treatment of the tumor size,KPS score,TCM syndrome score index,and statistical data Analysis.Result:1.The curative effects of the treatment group were 0,9,14,2 for CR,PR,SD,and PD respectively;0,5,10,and 10 for the control group;the effective rate and clinical benefit rate for the treatment group were 36.% and 92% were higher than 20% and 60% of the control group.The curative effect between the two groups was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.2.Comparison of KPS in two groups P<0.05,P<0.05 before and after treatment in the treatment group,and P>0.05 before and after treatment in the control group.3.In the TCM syndrome scores,the treatment group was cured,effective,effective, ineffective,and effective in 0,6,16,3,and 22 cases respectively in the two groups after treatment.The control group was 0,2,11,and 12 respectively.13 cases;P<0.05 compared between the two groups.4.In the treatment group,there were fewer cases of bone marrow suppression,hepatorenal function,and oral reactions than those in the control group.The comparison between the two groups was P>0.05,but there was improvement in the digestive tract reaction(eg,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,constipation)after chemotherapy.Statistical differences P<0.05.5.CEA and CY211 indicators of the two groups were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment was P>0.05.Conclusion: Compound shougong powde combined chemotherapy can enhance the short-term efficacy,efficiency and clinical benefit rate of patients with advanced NSCLC of spleen and lung Qi deficiency,which can protect myelosuppression,liver and kidney function and gastrointestinal reaction in patients with chemotherapy,Especially in the digestive tract reaction,at the same time in the TCM syndrome,KPS score has been significantly improved,but the tumor markers(CEA,CY211)than chemotherapy alone had no obvious advantage.
