Blood Granule Combined With Chemotherapy In Thetrea Tment Of Advanced Non-small Celllungc Anccer. Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective to observe the effect of shengxue granule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 60 elderly patients with advanced NSCLC who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases per group,Control group: gemcitabine hydrochloride injection 1000mg/m2,intravenous infusion,once per day;Treatment group: take 15g/ time of "shengxue granule" on the basis of control group,wash with warm water twice/day.The duration of the medication was set as 2 cycles and 1 cycle was set as 20 days.The effect of the medication was evaluated after the completion of the medication cycle.The researchers had to be patient,careful,thorough,and write down any adverse reactions to the drugs used by all the participants.Results(1)in the number of cases included in the standard,the communist party of China(the two groups have 0 cases of CR,13 cases in the treatment group is PR,11 cases of SD,the control group in 9 cases of PR,11 cases of SD,the stability factor of tumor: the two groups were 80.0% and,66.7%.A total of 6 patients in the treatment group were found to have disease progression,while 10 patients in the control group were found to have disease progression.Comparison of tumor rumen changes between the two groups: P=0.197>0.05;(2)before and after treatment,the tumor markers CEA and cy21-1 in the two groups were significantly decreased,but the comparison between the two groups showed that P orientation 0.05.(3)in the aspect of bone marrow suppression,the treatment group was lower than the control group,and P feet was 0.05;(4)in terms of improving TCM syndromes and improving the quality of life,the control group is superior to the treatment group,P < 0.05;(5)there was no statistically significant difference in ALT,AST and BUN between the two groups of subjects before and after treatment,and no adverse events of medication occurred.Conclusion shengxue granule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced senile non-small cell lung cancer has the effect of increasing efficiency and reducing toxicity.
