The Clinical Effect Of Weibixiao On Postoperative Residual Osteoporosis In PKP

Objective : Weibixiao and salmon calcitonin were used for the treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures with posterior lumbar pain in the posterior lumbar spine(PKP),the clinical effects of the two groups were summarized by comparison between the observation group and the control group.Methods:Using a retrospective analysis method,from March 2017 to September 2017,50 patients in the orthopedic ward of the first affiliated hospital of anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine were collected for the treatment of lumbar and back pain,according to the strict inclusion criteria and according to the principle of randomized control,there are two groups of 25 patients in each group.The observation group was given Weibixiao,and the control group was given the calcitonin.After 3 days,2 weeks and 1 month,the VAS score,Oswestry function index and clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed,and analyze the three months of bone density detection.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group.(2)In the comparison of VAS scores,the comparison of VAS scores between the observation group and the control group for 3 days,2 weeks and 1 month was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the pain improvement in the observation group was better than that of the control group.(3)In ODI score comparison: the observation group compared with control group in 3 days,2weeks,1 month after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),confirmed that the observation group is better in terms of functional recovery compared with the control group.(4)In terms of bone density,the bone density of the two groups was statistically significant after 3 months,suggesting that both groups were effective in improving osteoporosis.There was no significant difference in bone density between the two groups after 3 months(P>0.05),suggesting that they were similar in improving osteoporosis.(5)The total effective rate of the observation group was 84%,while the control group was 72%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in symptom relief.Conclusion:Weibixiao in the treatment of osteoporotic compression fracture PKP postoperative pain is better clinical efficacy than salmon calcitonin,which is worthy of clinical application.Erectile dysfunction has a certain effect on improving osteoporosis in patients.
