| Objective Through observing improvement status of clinical symptoms,physical sign and imaging and the hemorheology indexes for the avascular necrosis of femoral head after using Gu Bi Tong Xiao Granules,evaluate clinical effects of Gu Bi Tong Xiao Granules.Methods According to the completely random,control principle,60 patients in Department of orthopedics of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were collected,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group with Gu Bi Tong Xiao Granules treatment,daily,morning and evening twice a dose of drug,3 months for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 4courses.The control group was treated with Tongluo Sheng Gu Capsule,4 gains each time,three times a day,3 months as a course of treatment,and 4 courses of treatment were continuously treated.The two groups were treated with bed rest,brake and massage during the treatment.Before treatment and at the end of treatment,five groups of indicators including Harris function score,TCM syndrome score,VAS score,imaging and hemorheology were used to study and summarize the curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment.Result(1)The two groups in terms of clinical signs and symptoms curative effect comparison: two groups after treatment for 6 months and 12 months after the Harris score and the scores were compared before treatment(P<0.05),with statistical difference;for 6 months and 12 months after the comparison between the two groups(P>0.05),does not have the Score statistical difference.The two groups in the treatment of 6 months and 12 months after the TCM symptom score and the score before treatment were all(P<0.05),with statistical difference;after 6 months and 12 months,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment of Gu Bi Tong Xiao group and Tongluo Sheng Gu Capsule group was 83.33% and 80.3%(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference.The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment for 6 months and 12 months were all compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),with statistical difference.After 6months and 12 months,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).These results suggest that Gu Bi Tong Xiao granule and Tongluoshenggu Capsule in improving the clinical symptoms and signs have very good curative effect,score and treatment of hip joint function score,in Harris Chinese medicine curative effect the total efficiency of two kinds of drug efficacy is similar,no significant difference,while the bone paralysis granule group in improving the patient the VAS score was significantly higher than that of Tongluoshenggu Capsule,bone paralysis granule in improving pain than the control group.(2)Comparison of the efficacy of imaging of two treatment group: 6 months and 12 months after treatment group and observation group shown new bone formation index were improved than before treatment were(P<0.05),with statistical difference;comparison score for 6 months and 12 months after treatment between the two groups,(P>0.05)no significant difference.It is suggested that both Gu Bi Tong Xiao granule and Tongluo Sheng Gu Capsule can promote the absorption of osteonecrosis and the formation of new bone.(3)Comparison of two groups of blood rheology changes: after 6 months and 12 months of treatment,the index of new bone formation in the treatment group and the observation group improved significantly(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;compared with 6 months of treatment and after 12 months between the two groups(P>0.05),not with statistical difference.It is suggested that Gu Bi Tong Xiao granule and Tongluo Sheng Gu Capsule can reduce the high viscosity of blood.After treatment for 6 months and 12 months,the blood lipid indexes in the treatment group and the observation group were all improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After 6months and 12 months,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).It is suggested that Gu Bi Tong Xiao granule and Tongluo Sheng Gu Capsule have good effect on improving the level of blood lipid.(4)The safety indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were all within the normal range(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.It indicated that the Gu Bi Tong Xiao Xiao granule and Tongluo Sheng Gu Capsule had no effect on blood routine,liver and kidney function.Conclusion:1.Gu Bi Tong Xiao granule and Tongluo Sheng Gu Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with femoral head necrosis,while the Gu Bi Tong Xiao granule group is significantly better than the Tongluo Sheng Gu Capsule in improving VAS score.2.Gu Bi Tong Xiao granule and Tongluo Sheng Gu Capsule have obvious repair effect on the necrotic femoral head,which is mainly reflected in the formation of new bone.3.Gu Bi Tong Xiao granule and Tongluo Sheng Gu Capsule have obvious improvement effects on hemodynamics of femoral head necrosis,mainly in regulating blood lipid level and lowering blood hypercoagulable state.4.Gu Bi Tong Xiao granule is convenient,effective,safe and reliable for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
