The realization of equalization of services is a measure of social equity and resource sharing,and an important part of social superiority.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,China has made unremitting efforts in social fairness and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.The government has set forth the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and deepening reform.An important part of this is that people's living standard is improved in an all-round way.Equalization of Basic Health in China With the continuous efforts and energetic support of the Central Government,the continuous development has yielded good results.However,as a result of economic development,the demand for work has been enriched on several occasions,increasing the desire for a more comprehensive public service.The supply of public goods in quantity and quality can not meet the needs of the society.In addition,our country has long attached importance to urban development philosophy of contempt for rural areas,leading to the government in public services,financial support,institutional support caused by the huge gap between urban and rural areas,therefore,health services did not achieve equalization.Based on the realization of the equalization of medical and health in "Three Circles Theory",this paper analyzes and summarizes from aspects of civic education,government attention and social environment,points out the existing problems and reasons of equalization in current Qingshui County,and puts forward In order to speed up the early realization of the equalization of basic medical and health services in China,Qingshui County is expected to have new developments and breakthroughs in terms of equalization.
