This paper collected a large amount of information and various theories,to discusses the treated from the Jianpi Yizhi Method of ischemic cerebral stroke related theory from two aspects of theory and experiment,for the clinical treatment of ischemic cerebral stroke agent to provide theoretical and experimental basis.In the theoretical research part,this article from the regulation of Piqi activity to human body,discusses the internal mechanism of Pi and the effect of the Pi of medulla charging function and nature.On this basis,combined with modern biological theory to study the effects of the Pi effected cranial NSCs proliferation on Wnt/?-catenin signaling pathways,to further supplement the theory of Pi and brain.The important role of Jianpi Yizhi in the treatment of ischemic stroke was discussed.On the basis of previous results,animal experiments were set up to study the Wnt/?-catenin signaling pathway,so as to reveal the mechanism of invigorating the Pi and improving the treatment of ischemic stroke further.The part of experiment,to establish the model of Middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO,in rats.The rats were randomly divided into the normal group,control group,model group,western medicine,Chinese traditional medicine.Observe the behave and proliferation of NSCs of MCAO rats with Jianpi Yizhi capsules,and detection changes of the relevant indicators about Wnt/?-catenin signaling pathways,in order to reveal the mechanism of Jianpi Yizhi capsules in the treatment of ischemic cerebral stroke.The results showed that the incubation period in the water maze experiment was shortened and the number of crossing platforms increased after treatment.Nestin/BrdU and?-catenin have higher expression after treatment,significant difference compared with model group(P<0.05).The expression of Wnt-1 and Wnt-3a was level off,there is no statistical significance(P>0.05),spleen educational capsule may through the activation of Wnt/?-catenin signaling pathway to promote NSCs proliferation,but Wnt-1 and Wnt-3a no correlation.
