Objective:In recent years, the incidence of colorectal ployps has been rising gradually, meanwhile colorectal polyps have certain recurrence as well as cancerization rate, associated with a variety of factors. This artical focuses on the feather analysis of some cases of colorectal polyps and how recent diets and living habitats can influence them, then looks for related risk factors to promote national health education, prevent onsets, and deminish recurrences and cancerizations of colorectal polyps. Methods:By convenient sampling, randomly choose 300 patients, who completed colonoscopy in endoscopy center of Subei people's hospital in Yangzhou between January and December 2016,whose colonoscopy and biopsy pathology results are both colorectal polyps,as the case group. And 300 patients of the corresponding gender and age whose colonoscopies result negative in the same time as the matched group.Conduct statistic analysis of their BMI,smocking, drinking, exercises, diet, medical history by surveys through knowing colorectal polyps's clinical and endoscope and pathology's feather,to study related hazards concerning colorectal polyps's morbidigy. Results:Among the 300 colorectal polyps patients most are male, with the ratio to female being 2 to 1,ages of onsets are more between 40 to 70 years old, account for 81.7%.The average age of the males are older than the females(P<0.001).And the frequent morbidigy area is the rectum and the sigmoid colon, account for 53.2%.Most of the polyps' sizes are below 5mm(43.2%),among which males have a higher morbidity(P=0.014).Multiple polyps account for 63.3%,and are more likely to be found in male than female(P=0.036),and have a increasing tendency of detection rate with the growth of age.A multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysis shows, that long-term smoking(OR 1.880,95%CI 1.215-2.909),high BMI(OR 1.563,95%CI 1.054?2.319),high frequency of red meat intake(OR 2.975,95%CI 2.008?4.408),high frequency of salted food intake(OR 2.427,95%CI 1.597?3.689),first level of family history of colon polyps and colon cancer(OR 2.631,95%CI 1.223-5.614),fatty liver disease history(OR 3.41095%,CI 1.329?8.752)are independent risk factors of colorectal polyps, whereas high frequency of vegetables intake(OR 0.364,95%CI 0.233?0.571),regular breakfast(OR 0.368,95%CI 0.196-0.692)are the protective factors. Conclusion:In yangzhou area colorectal ployps are most commen among mid-aged and senior males, with male to female ratio 2:1,the pathologies are more adenomatous.Intestinal polyps also have a higher incidence in males than females, and there's an increasing tendency of detection rate with the growth of age.Patients with high BMI,long-term smoking habit, frequent red meat intake, frequent salted food intake, first level of family history of colon polyps and colon cancer, fatty liver disease history, less vegetable intake and irregular breakfast have a higher risk to have colorectal polyps.
