To Observe The Traditional Chinese Medicine Tazi Treatment Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA) Increase The Curative Effect Of Damp-heat Blockage Syndrome

Objective:To observe the traditional Chinese medicine Tazi treatment rheumatoid arthritis(RA)increase the curative effect of damp-heat blockage syndrome.Method:72 patients with rheumatoid arthritis dampness heat syndrome were randomly divided into 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.Basic treatment: the two groups were given Leflunomide Tablets(batch number:161201,Hebei Wan Sui Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)orally,The treatment group was given oral medicine and traditional Chinese medicine Tazi treatment,Only oral Chinese medicine in the control group.14 days of continuous treatment were 1courses,and a totalof 1 courses were observed.The changes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment and the related laboratory examination indexes were recorded.Result:Comparison of TCM symptom scores after two groups of treatment and Comparison of two groups of symptom scores,Evaluation of pain in two groups of patients after treatment,Two groups of patients' health status questionnaire score after treatment,There were significant differences between the two groups of DAS28scores(P<0.05),The treatment group was superior to the control group.Comparison of the two groups of ESR(mm/h)and hs-CRP(mg/L)after treatment,P< 0.05,Significant differences;Inter group contrast,P > 0.05,No statistical difference,There is no difference between the two groups of treatment methods on ESR and hs-CRP.Comparison of the curative effect of two groups of TCM syndromes after treatment,The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.56%,The total effective rate of the control group was 52.78%,P < 0.05,The two groups of TCM syndromes have significant difference in curative effect,and the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.After treatment,the effectiveness of the two groups of the two groups was compared,the treatment group was very effective 14,effective 21,ineffective 1;The control group was very effective 1,effective 18,ineffective 17;P < 0.05,After treatment,there were significant differences in the effectiveness of the two groups of DAS28,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Comparison of two groups of ACR evaluation after treatment,There were 0 cases of ACR70 in the treatment group,7 cases of ACR50,19 cases of ACR20,Theefficiency is72.22%;There were 0 cases of ACR70 in the control group,0 cases of ACR50,17 cases of ACR20,The efficiency is 47.22%.P<0.05,There were significant differences in the evaluation of the two groups of ACR,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The Chinese medicine Tazi has exact curative effect on resistance of Shirebi rheumatoid arthritis,It can significantly improve the clinical symptomsof the patients.
