Clinical Efficacy Of Different Frequency Electroacupuncture Stimulation On Outlet Obstructive Constipation

Purpose: By observing and analyzing the effect of electroacupuncture at different frequencies on the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation,it provides experimental basis for clinical selection of the best frequency for the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation.Method: The random number table method was used to divide the 90 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for outlet obstructive constipation into 2Hz group,50 Hz group and100 Hz group.Each group received acupuncture at three points of Tianshu,Shangjuxu and Zusanli.After acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture electrode was connected to the needle handles of Tianshu,Zusanli and Shangjuxu groups.The frequency is selected as 2Hz,50 Hz,and 100 Hz,respectively.The waveforms are continuous wave,and the current intensity is based on the patient's tolerable intensity.Electroacupuncture treatment for 30 minutes each time,once a day,7 times for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Observe and record the changes of the main symptoms before and after treatment,perform statistical analysis,and determine the efficacy.Result:1?2Hz group and 100 Hz total effective rate is 80%,and 50 Hz total effective rate is 73.3% respectively.2?The frequency of defecation,degree of exertion,and fecal nature in the three groups were all P<0.05,indicating that the three groups of treatments were all effective,and the three groups all had no significant improvement in the sense of feces(P>0.05).3?The 50 Hz group was better than the 100 Hz group in the improvement of the defecation effort;there was no statistical difference in the improvement rate of symptom scores between the other groups.4?The 50 Hz group was superior to the other two groups in improving the symptoms of defecation in patients with female obstructive constipation,and the 2Hz group was superior to the other two groups in improving the frequency of defecation in patients with male obstructive constipation.Conclusion: 1.Three groups of electro-acupuncture can effectively treat outlet obstructive constipation;2.Different frequency electroacupuncture improves different symptoms,50 Hz group is more effective in improving defecation than 100 Hz group;3.Different frequency electroacupuncture can improve the symptoms of outlet obstruction constipation There are differences in gender.
