The Study Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Was Observed Based On LSCI Technique

ObjectiveThis study aims to observe acupuncture for surrounding effect for the treatment of facial paralysis in patients with different course in installment,intuitive observation by laser speckle contrast imaging before and after acupuncture treatment around the facial blood flow changes in patients with facial paralysis,in order to determine the effect of acupuncture facial blood flow in patients with facial paralysis around sex,in order to provide the best for clinical around sexual facial paralysis patients using the timing of acupuncture treatment.MethodsThe 60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 20 patients in the acute phase group,20 in the static period group and 20 in the recovery group according to the initial treatment.Three groups of patients with common acupuncture plus cupping therapy,treatment course setting of three groups of patients are the daily receiving acupuncture treatment,the treatment time of 30 min,acupuncture treatment for a period of treatment 5 times in a row,a total of two courses of treatment,do not accept to have two days off between the two courses of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.Every cases under room temperature environment before and after acupuncture treatment for the first time(about 25 +/-1?)keep quiet state more than half an hour,and then using laser speckle imaging blood flow fast blood flow imaging mode to collect patients supine quiet condition facial microcirculation blood flow data.After the end of the course with H-B facial nerve function evaluation classification standard to evaluate the situation of three groups of patients with facial paralysis symptom,and statistical analysis,to evaluate the effect of acupuncture in treatment of different stages around facial paralysis differences;First before and after acupuncture therapy to each patient facial microcirculation blood flow images data conversion,the blood flow to the numerical statistical analysis and evaluation of different stages around sexual facial blood flow before and after acupuncture and moxibustion treatment facial paralysis patients.Results1.Efficacy evaluation of acupuncture for patients with peripheral facial paralysis in different stages.(1)in this study,there were 60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis,and there were 29 cases(11 cases of acute phase group,11 cases of static stage and 7 recovery group),and the recovery rate was 48.3%.A total of 40 cases(18 patients with acute phase group,12 patients in the static period and 10 in the recovery group)were achieved,with an apparent rate of 66.7%.There were 60 effective standards(20 cases in acute phase group,20 in static period and 20 in recovery group),and the effective rate was 100%.(2)there were 20 patients in the acute phase group,and 11 cases of recovery were achieved,and the recovery rate was 55%.There were 18 cases in total,with an apparent rate of 90%.(3)there were 20 patients in the static stage group,and 11 cases of recovery were achieved,and the recovery rate was 55%.There were 12 cases in total,and the rate of increase was 60%.(4)the convalescence group included 20 patients in total,reaching the recovery standard of 7 cases,and the recovery rate was 35%.There were 10 cases with more than 50%.In this study,the total effective rate of acupuncture for patients with peripheral facial paralysis was 100%,indicating that acupuncture had therapeutic effect on patients with peripheral facial paralysis in three groups of patients.The cure rate of acute and static group was significantly higher than that in the recovery group.The higher the apparent rate of the acute phase group was higher than that in the group with the period of the rest period(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the contrast between the patients in the quiescent stage and the convalescent group,P BBB 0.It is suggested that the early cure rate and the higher the rate of the treatment of the peripheral facial paralysis in the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion,the best time for the treatment of the disease in the acute stage.2.Acupuncture treatment of facial blood flow in patients with peripheral facial paralysis in different stages.(1)acupuncture on different course around all affect the facial blood flow in patients with facial paralysis,in addition to the stationary phase of blood flow to the contralateral eye average value after treatment group patients was decreased,the group of acute phase,stationary phase and recovery after the acupuncture treatment group patients before the rest of the facial blood flow to the average value of the treatment has increased.(2)acupuncture and moxibustion for the study of 60 patients with sexual facial paralysis around eye,with side face,the contralateral sidesface also had an obviously improve blood flow to the average effect(blood flow difference value contrast before and after the treatment are P<0.05);(3)after acupuncture treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis in patients with acute stage,the effect of improving the blood flow on the side of the eyes and the affected side of the patients was significantly improved(P<0.05).(4)patients with peripheral facial paralysis were significantly improved after acupuncture in patients with peripheral facial paralysis(P<0.05).(5)patients with peripheral facial paralysis were significantly improved after acupuncture on the side face and the healthy side of the facial ministry after acupuncture(P<0.05).Different before and after acupuncture treatment course of staging around sexual facial blood flow in patients with facial paralysis were changed,but face the average blood flow changes in patients with different course of staging is not exactly the same,so the facial blood flow condition can be thought of as effect around the onset of paralysis and treatment effect is one of the factors;Acupuncture,although to a certain extent,the different course of staging around sexual facial blood flow in patients with facial paralysis were improved,but not so think this is all principle and mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis.The principle and mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis more professional research was needed to discuss,but this study confirmed that the acupuncture for each course of the disease staging sex around facial blood flow in patients with facial paralysis were improved indeed,and acupuncture for peripheral vertigo patients with facial paralysis has definite therapeutic effect,acute period for acupuncture intervention best time for the treatment of the disease.
