Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Mild To Moderate Primary Hypertension (Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency And Phlegm Blood Stasis And Blood Stasis) By Yipingtiaomai Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yipingtiaomai Decoction in treating patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency and phlegm blood stasis and blood stasis,and to provide the clinical research basis for the treatment of hypertension.Method:In 72 cases of patients with high blood pressure,using the random number table method,according to the proportion of 1:1 patients were randomly allocated to treatment group and control group,two groups were given routine lifestyle intervention,treatment group on the basis of lifestyle intervention take profit level pulse party(daily 1 agent,decoction for 30 min,till 300 ml water,points secondary oral in the morning and evening,on clinical curative effect of observation,for 4 weeks,statistics before and after treatment of blood pressure,symptoms integral,scale scores change,use SPSS24.0 for statistical analysis.Result:1.Blood pressure: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.36%,while the control group was 54.55%,the former was better than the latter(P<0.05).After treatment,both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).The comparison between the groups showed that the treatment group was better than the group(P<0.05)in lowering the systolic blood pressure,and there was no significant difference between the two groups in diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome integral: the total effective rate of symptom score was 91.18% in the treatment group,and the total effective rate of symptom score in the control group was 66.67%,and the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Integral of hypertension PRO scale: the treatment group was significantly more effective than the control group in improving the integral of hypertension PRO scale(P<0.05).4.Sf-36 life scale score: the treatment group showed significant difference(P<0.05)compared with the control group in improving the score of sf-36 life scale.Conclusion:It is better than the control group to improve the curative effect of hypertension and reduce the systolic blood pressure.In addition,it can obviously improve the patients' hypertension symptoms,and it is recommended to be used in clinical promotion for patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency and phlegm blood stasis.
