| PurposesThrough studying the influence of pressing and kneading manipulation follow the meridian on lower limb blood circulation under different biomechanical parameters(frequency band and pressure value),we analyze the best frequency band and pressure value from it.In accordance with the technical requirements and practices of rubbing methods to provide clinical reference value;at the same time by comparing the difference between different periods of the test and the different groups before-after the test on the right popliteal arterial blood flow,that Tuina has the effect of timely and long-term treatment effect,improve blood flow and promote blood circulation.MethodsThis study collected 90 cases of male healthy volunteers,from healthy,no organic disease in Guangzhou University City Campus college students,aged 18-35 years.Using random grouping principle,divided into A,B,C operation group of three groups,each big component 3 groups,a total of 9 groups,10 people in each group.divided into 9 groups,each group of 10 people.In this study,frequency and pressure values were used as variables.According to clinical experience,the frequency band was divided into 50-100 times / min,101-150 times / min,151-200 times / min,and the pressure was about 3kg,7kg,10 kg.A group of the pressure value of 3kg as a fixed variable,a1 group for the frequency of 50-100 times / min,the pressure value of about 3kg;a2 group for the frequency of 101-150 times / min,the pressure value of about 3kg;a3 group for the frequency of 151-200 times / min,the pressure value of about 3kg;B group with a pressure value of 7kg as a fixed variable,b1 group for the frequency of 50-100 times / min,the pressure value of about 7kg;b2 group for the frequency of 101-150 times / The pressure value of about 7kg;b3 group for the frequency of 151-200 times / min,the pressure value of about 7kg;C group with a pressure of 10 kg as a fixed variable,c1 group for the frequency of 50-100 times / min,the pressure value of about 10kg;c2 Group frequency of 101-150 times / min,the pressure value of about 10k;c3 group for the frequency of 151-200 times / min,the pressure value of about 10 kg.According to the grouping of the frequency band and pressure values are set to pressing and kneading manipulation along stomach,liver,bladder via meridian line in the right lower limb of each volunteer,each meridian line Tuina 5 min,total time 15 min,a week of regular Tuina 3 times,10 times as a course of test;Respectively before the test,first time at the end of Tuina,after a course of the test,1 month after the test,volunteer of each group is asked for right popliteal artery blood flow examination.SPSS19.0 software package for all data statistical analysis,including measurement data using t or t ’test,grade data using Ridit test,to compare the difference between the various indexes after Tuina of each group.The test level was 0.05,when P <0.05 showed that the difference was significant,and statistically significant.Outcome1.Before the test,the differences in baseline indexes of the volunteers at the age,right popliteal artery and blood flow rate were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and had clinical comparability.2.There were statistically significant differences in the right popliteal arterial blood flow at different periods of the test(P<0.05),indicating the effect of the Tuina on the blood circulation of the lower limb.3.Compared with the pre-test,there was a statistical difference in the blood flow of the popliteal artery after first time at the end of Tuina,after a course of the test and 1 month after the test of the operation group(P<0.05).The improvement of the popliteal arterial blood flow was the most obvious after a course of the test.4.Under the same pressure value,the different frequency of operation group,the right popliteal artery blood flow before and after the test were statistically significant(P<0.05),which under the same pressure value,frequency in 101-150 times/min group than the other two groups of blood flow to improve even more obvious;Under the same frequency,different pressure value of operation group,the right popliteal artery blood flow before and after the test were statistically significant(P<0.05),which the same frequency,the pressure value in 7 kg to improve blood flow to the more apparent than the other two groups.Conclusion(1)pressing and kneading manipulation follow the meridian can improve blood flow,promote blood circulation of lower limb.(2)The manipulation of Tuina(pressing and kneading manipulation follow the meridian)on the lower limb blood circulation not only has immediate effect,but also has long-term efficacy.(3)The changes of biomechanical parameters affect the dose-response relationship between pressing and kneading manipulation follow the meridian and the blood circulation of the lower limb: under the condition of fixed pressure,the optimal combination of the frequency of 101-150 times /min;Under the condition of fixed the frequency,the pressure of 7kg combination of the best. |
