Clinical Observation Of Zhuang Medicine Medicated Thread Moxibustion In The Treatment Of The Patients With Reyuhujie Type Verruca Plana

ObjectiveThrough observation and contrast Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion and pure tretinoin cream in the treatment of the patients with Reyuhujie type Verruca Plana,to discusses the effect of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion in the treatment of Reyuhujie type Verruca Plana,to provide methods and ideas for clinical treatment of the Verruca Plana.Method68 patients with Reyuhujie type Verruca Plana in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine dermatology clinic from January,2017 to December,2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n = 34)and the control group(n=34).The patients of the control group were used tretinoin cream applied to skin lesion,1 times a day,6 days for 1 courses of treatment,rest 1 days between treatment,total treat 4 courses.The treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion,to point moxibustion ashi acupoint(part of the wart),Hegu acupoint(double),Quchi acupoint(double),Xuehai acupoint(double).1 times a day,6 days for 1 courses of treatment,rest 1 days between treatment,total treat 4 courses.At the end of the course,contrast analysis of two groups before and after treatment was detected the number,size,color,and itch level of skin lesions score and the total score of skin lesions,two groups of clinical effect,two groups of recovery in patients with recurrence rate after 3 months treatment.ResultsAll the 68 patients who met the inclusion criteria completed the course of treatment and were followed up without any obvious adverse reactions.The age,gender,course of the disease,the skin lesion score inculding number,size,color,itch score and the total integral of skin lesions before treatment of two groups were compared,there were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).It showed that the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the number,size,color,itch score and total integral of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the number,size,color,itch score and total integral of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the skin lesion size,color,pruritus score and total integral difference before and after treatment were better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference of skin lesion number before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,34 cases were treated in the treatment group,8 cases were cured,20 cases were developed,4 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.12%.The control group healed in 5 cases,14 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,10 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 70.58%,total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than the control group(P<0.05).Three months follow-up after treatment.In the treatment group,1 case was recovered and the recurrence rate was 12.5%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionZhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion and tretinoin cream to treat Reyuhujie type Verruca Plana,all can obtain certain clinical curative effect.However,compared with tretinoin cream,Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion to treat Reyuhujie type Verruca Plana has a better effect in improving skin damage score,total integral and clinical efficacy.At the same time the recurrence rate is lower.Therefore,Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion in the treatment of the patients with Reyuhujie type Verruca Plana,is safe and effective,prevent recurrence,and the treatment operation is simple and inexpensive,worthy of further clinical application.
