Clinical Observation And Interleukin Level Of Patients With Psoriasis Vulgaris Treated With Medicated Thread Moxibustion Of Zhuang Medicine

Objective: 1.In this study,a randomized controlled trial design was used to evaluate the efficacy of medicated thread moxibustion of zhuang medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in order to understand whether medicated thread moxibustion of zhuang medicine can improve the efficacy and reduce side effects.2.By comparing the levels of IL-10,IL-17,IL-22,and IL-23 in peripheral blood of healthy volunteers,before and after treatment,the mechanism of medicated thread moxibustion of zhuang medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris was discussed.Methods: Forty patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in the test group and 20 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with medicated thread moxibustion of zhuang medicine combined with calcipotriol,and the patients in the test group were treated with with calcipotriol only.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The venous blood of healthy volunteers,the patients before and after treatment were collected and the level of IL-10,IL-17,IL-22,IL-23 in peripheral serum was detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA.At the same time,we observed and recorded the clinical efficacy of the patients before and after treatment.The primary efficacy was psoriasis' area and severity index(PASI)score,and the secondary efficacy was the patient's itching score,the Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)score,and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score.Finally,SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the test data.Results: In this study,a total of 40 cases were included.There are 20 cases in the test group and 20 cases in the control group,and one case fell off in each group,and 38 cases actually completed the test.After 6 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 94.7%,which was higher than 68.4% of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,PASI,pruritus,DLQI and HAMA scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the PASI,DLQI and HAMA scores of the experimental group and the control group were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pruritus scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of serum IL-10 between the two groups before and after treatment,and compared with that of the healthy control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,the level of serum IL-17,IL-22 and IL-23 in the two groups were higher than those of the healthy control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the level of serum IL-17,IL-22 and IL-23 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,especially in the test group.After treatment,the level of IL-17,IL-22,IL-23 in the two groups was still higher than that of the healthy control group(P<0 05).In the course of the experiment,one patient in the test group and one patients in the control group had skin drying at the medication sites,and two patients in the test group and one patient in the control group had a burning sensation in the skin.Conclusion: 1.Medicated thread moxibustion of zhuang medicine is effective in treating mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris,and combined with calcipotriol can improve the therapeutic effect.2.The mechanism ofmedicated thread moxibustion of zhuang medicine combined with calcipotriol in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris possibly affect the level of interleukin and decrease the expression of IL-17,IL-22,IL-23 in psoriasis vulgaris.
