Frequency Domain Analysis Of Pulse Wave In Prehypertensive Population In Hunan Area

Objective:To provide a quantitative basis for prehypertension which is featured as“Disease Predisposition”in TCM in pulse diagnosis,enrich analysis methods of pulse data,explore the ways of pulse diagnose objectification may,give a scientific explanation of pulse diagnose in TCM,while promoting the “Disease Predisposition”of TCM on the dialectical type,enrich its’ treatment.Methods: We have collected the pulse information and related health information of young people lived in Hunan Province based on stratified sampling method,which have a total of 405 cases,according to the blood pressure standard they were divided into three groups,including 50 samples of prehypertension group,normal pressure group of 302 samples,53 samples of low pressure group.The differences in the frequency domain information of the three groups were compared to extract the related features of the prehypertensive population.Results: Comparison of Right Chi department was visible in the harmonic,the eight harmonic’s significant differences were showed in the whole three group(P <0.05),the differences between normal blood pressure group and hypotension group,prehypertension group and hypotension group were significant;The overall amplitude of Right Chi department in normal blood pressure group and hypotension group distribution were difference(P < 0.05);Comparison Right Guan department harmonic,the first harmonic in group of prehypertension harmonic and normal blood pressure group were significant differences(P < 0.05);The fourth,fifth harmonic of “Right Guan minus Left Guan”were significant differences in the distribution of the two groups(P < 0.05)Conclusion: The Right Guan pulse’s first harmonic of the prehypertensive population have more amplitude when compared with the normal population,and the general harmonic amplitude of “Right Guan minus Left Guan” is significantly higher than the normal population,these differences are mainly due to significant differences between the first,fourth,fifth harmonic phase difference value the.
