The Clinical Observation Of The Xiaokebitong Capsule On Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) And Its Effect On Serum Homocysteine (Hcy)

Objective: By xiao ke bi tong capsule on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)qi deficiency blood stasis patients serum homocysteine(homocystoine,Hcy),Nerve conduction velocity(Nerve conduction velocity,NCV),Chinese medicine symptom integral and index,the effect of exploration/bi tong capsule on the mechanism of action of DPN and advantage of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of DPN.Method: The 60 DPN patients(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in the group were divided into two groups and 30 patients in the treatment group.Under the precondition of the existing normal hypoglycemic scheme,the treatment group's solution was the combination of the xiao ke bi tong capsule combined with Mecobalamin Tablets,and the control group was treated with Mecobalamin Tablets with a treatment cycle of 12 weeks.To observe and compare the changes of TCM syndromes,serum Hcy,NCV,FPG,2hPG and glycosylated hemoglobin in two groups of DPN patients before and after treatment.Result: The basic conditions of the two groups were age,gender,course of disease,BMI,and P BBB 0.0.05,which was comparable.After treatment with two different groups,FPG,2HPG,HbA1 c has the change,the treatment group(P < 0.01,there was a significant difference,but the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05,is not statistically significant,specification/bi tong capsule has certain curative effect on improving glucose metabolism.After treatment,the two groups of TCM syndromes were compared with P<0.05,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,indicating that the combination effect of the drug was superior to that of a cobalamin(P<0.01).In the serum homocysteine level,the treatment group improved better than the control group(P<0.05).The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)for the nerve conduction velocity(MCV,SCV)of the total peroneal nerve and the sensory nerve of the sural nerve.Conclusion: The xiao ke bi tong capsule combined with a cobalamin tablet can improve the patient's TCM syndrome score,nerve conduction velocity and serum Hcy level,and the effect is better than that of cobalamin tablets.It can improve the level of FPG,2hPG,and HbA1 c in patients,which indicates that the treatment effect of the treatment can be comprehensive and multi-target in the treatment of DPN.By improving the serum Hcy level,it may be one of the possible mechanisms for the treatment of DPN,which will provide a reference for the future research on the treatment of DPN.
