ObjectivesTo observing clinical curative effect of Liugaokang granules in treating the gout with metabolic diseases.Exploring the superiority and effectiveness of Liugaokang granules to treat gout with metabolic diseases by randomized controlled experiment.Providing new train of thought and direction for the Chinese medicine treatment of gout and metabolic diseases.MethodIncorporating 68 cases of gout with metabolic diseases patients divided into observation group and control group by random method according to the comparison principle,34 cases in each group.Adopt foundation treatment in both groups,furthermore,the control group treat by diclorenac sodium sustained-release capsule(75mg Qd)in acute gout episode,sodium bicarbonate tablets(lg Tid)in the intermission.On the basis of the control group,the control group to take Liugaokang granules.Observation 12 weeks,respectively to compare two groups of general data,before and after treatment in patients with inflammatory markers,uric acid,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose,body mass index,symptoms,curative effect evaluation,comprehensive analysis and evaluate its effectiveness.Result1.Liugaokang granules to treat gout has definite curative effect,and have positive effects in treating other metabolic diseases.It can help relieve the severe pain due to the arthritis,reduce inflammation indexes such as CRP,ESR,reduce the blood uric acid,improve the syndromes significantly.2.Although gout recurrence number have not statistical difference(P>0.05),considering associated with the observation cycle is short.But in the recurrence rate in observation group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).3、For metabolic index,two groups of patients were not used uric-acid lowering drugs,uric acid level decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adjusting diet and arrangementing of life daily life reasonably can reach a normal level of uric acid.Liugaokang granules played a positive role in reducing uric acid,provided a new choice to gout patients who cannot tolerant other uric-acid lowering drugs.4、The weight index of the observation group was significantly more lower than the control group(P<0.01).Two groups of patients with decreasing body mass index in the case of not taking diet pills,this situation is in line with the mainstream idea that healthy diet and lifestyle change has good effect to weight control.5.There were droping blood pressure after treatment in both groups,but there were no significant difference(P>0.05);Comparison between groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).6.Both groups have different degrees of improvement in the TC,TG,LDL-C after treatment(P<0.05).And the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).7、The fasting blood glucose level of two group patients were lower compared with the previous,it is statistical differently(P<0.05).And the observetion group is better than the control group(P<0.01).Two groups of medicine has the effect of lowering 2h postprandial blood glucose(P<0.01),and the 2h postprandial blood glucose level of two groups have no statistical difference(P>0.05).8.By observing of the entire test cycle,the adverse reactions of two groups is few,there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups(P>0.05),The security of Liugaokang granules is effective,it can prompt treatment and provide a new choice for gout treatment.ConclusionLiugaokang granules treating gout has definite curative effect,also has improve effcet to other metabolic disease index.To the curative effect of gout,it can effectively alleviate the joints pain,improve the syndromes significantly,and reduce number of gout attack.Liugaokang granules is omni-directional in treating gout,it is worth to research further and extension more.
