Clinical Effect Observation Of Acu-therapy Of Balancing And Adjusting Ren And Du On Infertility Women With Polycycstic Ovary Syndrome Of Kidney-yang Deficiency Pattern

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of balancing and adjusting Ren and Du acupuncture therapy on infertility women with polycystic ovary syndrome of Kidney-Yang and provide a new prospective for clinic.Method:60 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of Kidney-Yang deficiency were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given regulating Ren Du acupuncture therapy to stimulate ovulation while patients in the control group were given clomiphene orally for 3 months consecutively,To observe:menstrual cycle,maximum thickness of endometrium,basic body temperature(BBT),ovulation,pregnancy and to testify the changes of gonadal hormone concentrations like Luteinizing Hormone(LH)、Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH)、LH/FSH、Estradiol(E2)、Prolactin(PRL)、Testosterone(T)before and after treatment and taking medicine.Results:1.Comparison of the menstrual cycle and endometrial maximum thickness:The menstrual cycle of two groups turned to be both shorter after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference of menstrual cycle between two groups(P>0.05),which indicated that the two methods were able to shorten the menstrual cycle,with no significant difference on effect;the endometrial maximum thickness of two groups were increased after treatment and the increase of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.01),which was statistically significant different between the two way,suggested that the treatment group could increase the endometrial maximum thickness and whose effect was better than the control group.2.Comparison of BBT、ovulation、pregnancy:The condition of BBT had improved between two groups after treatment.Compared with previous condition of BBT,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),when it came to the comparison of the two way after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),showing that the two groups after treatment both can improve BBT situation without obvious difference;the ovulation rate of treatment group was 86.67%while the control group’ s was 60%after treatment.Compared with previous situation,the ovulation rate has increased between two groups and the two way was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 23.33%while the control group’ s pregnancy rate was 16.67%with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3.Comparison of sex hormone level:It was found out that the level of LH and the ratio of LH/FSH of two group were both lower after treatment and the treatment group lowered more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.01)while the level of E2 and P of the treatment group is higher than of the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference of PRL、L level between two groups before or after treatment.Conclusion:The balancing and adjusting Ren and Du acupuncture therapy could regain normal menstrual cycles,promote the development of follicles in PCOS patient and increase the endometrial maximum thickness without any increase in the incidence of ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome;Additionally,it could not only lower the level of serum LH and the ratio of LH/FSH,but also improve the level of E2 and P and simultaneously increase the rate of ovulation and pregnancy by improvement of ovarian functions.
