Objective:To observe the traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy combined with Clomifene Citrate Tablets?CC?and Estradiol Valerate Tablets?E2V?curative effect in the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency PCOS infertility.Methods:40 cases of PCOS infertile patients with kidney-yang deficiency were selected.Induceing ovulation for three menstrual cycles by sequential therapy of Chinese medicine combined with CC and E2V.The symptoms of TCM syndrome,menstrual symptoms,basic body temperature,follicular development,cycle ovulation rate,pregnancy rate were observed before and after treatment.Results:?1?The recovery rate was 32.5%,the apparent rate was 25%,the effective rate was 35%,the total effective rate was 92.5%;?2?40 cases of patients,38 cases of ovulation,the rate of ovulation was 95%;there were 112cycles of induceing ovulation,81 cycles of ovulation,the rate of cycle ovulation was 72.32%;7 cycles were LUFS,the incidence was 6.25%,and no OHSS cycle occurred;13 cases of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 32.50%;after treatment,recovery of biphasic temperature of BBT in 34 cases,3 cases of atypical biphasic recovery as typical biphasic;?3?The average score of TCM syndrome before treatment was 17.20±3.59,and the average score was 6.40±3.46 after treatment,the difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant?P<0.01?;?4?The score of menstrual symptoms before treatment was 8.20±2.43,and the score was 3.35±1.99 after treatment,there was significant statistical significance before and after treatment?P<0.01?;?5?There was no correlation between the age,the course of the disease,the BMI the infertility type and efficacy?P>0.05?.Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective in treating PCOS infertility due to deficiency of kidney-yang.It has the effect of improving TCM syndromes and menstrual symptoms.It is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
