Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Bushen Huayu Recipe On Active Rheumatoid Arthritis And The Effect On VEGF And D-two Polymer

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Bushen Huayu Recipe in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with kidney deficiency and blood stasis in active stage and its effect on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and D-two polymer(DD).Methods:The 60 patients with RA were randomly allocated to the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate(MTX),leflunomide(LEF)and meloxicam.The experimental group was additionally given the Chinese medicine Bushen Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 8 weeks,the expressions of VEGF and DD were observed,the symptoms and signs of the two groups,the signs,the VAS score of the patients and the doctors,the DAS28 score,the TCM syndrome score,the daily activity health index(HAQ),the rheumatoid factor(RF),the C-reactive protein(CRP)and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were observed.Results:The experimental group after 8 weeks of treatment,VEGF and DD respectively(48.87±15.87)pg/mL?(0.83±0.44)mg/L,the control group after 8 weeks of treatment,VEGF and DD respectively(76.08±12.91),pg/mL(1.23±0.65)mg/L,after treatment,the levels of VEGF and DD in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),the improvement of VEGF and DD levels in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,differences are statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were 93.3%(28/30)and 72.4%(21/29)respectively,and the effective rate and effective rate of the two groups were compared(x~2=8.967,P=0.003;x~2=4.584,P=0.032),differences are statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05);Before the treatment between the two groups compared(P>0.05),comparison of the observation indexes of the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in RF and ESR between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),the residual index experimental group was better than the control group,differences are statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01);After treatment,the adverse reactions were 3(10%)in the experimental group and 10 in the control group(34.48%),and the two groups were compared(x~2=5.145,P=0.023),differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.tonifying kidney and removing stasis prescription can achieve good clinical effect in the treatment of active period RA,effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients,inhibit the level of inflammation of the disease,reduce the degree of disease activity,and have less adverse reactions.2.the recipe of invigorating kidney and removing stasis can effectively reduce the level of VEGF and DD,inhibit angiogenesis,prevent the formation of pannus that damage bone and cartilage,reduce vascular endothelial damage and improve blood flow state,which is beneficial to prevent and cure cardiovascular disease,and then reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease.3.VEGF and DD can be used as indicators of RA disease activity and therapeutic effect evaluation.
