Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Baoyuan Decoction And Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction On Recurrent Angina Pectoris After PCI With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Baoyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating patients with recurrent angina pectoris after PCI of coronary heart disease and the syndrome differentiation type is Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,including TCM syndrome score and efficacy,Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ),ECG efficacy,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and study the effect of this prescription on left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),blood lipids(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C),The safety of the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group was evaluated to provide more treatment ideas for the patients with coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who suffered from recurrent angina pectoris after PCI.Methods:Sixty-two patients with recurrent angina pectoris after PCI were selected from the outpatient and inpatient department of Cardiovascular Medicine Department of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023.The syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine was consistent with the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the diagnosis of western medicine was consistent with that of coronary heart disease.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 31 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Baoyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment period of patients in both groups was 4 weeks.After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom score and efficacy,SAQ,ECG efficacy,hs-CRP,LVEF,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C indicators of patients in the two groups were compared,so as to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Baoyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of recurrent angina pectoris after PCI of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,The safety of medication was evaluated by observing the patient’s vital signs,laboratory related indicators(three routine,liver and kidney function,coagulation function,etc.)and the incidence of adverse events before and after treatment.Results:1.Basic data: There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of name,sex,age,basic disease,risk factors,PCI history(PCI diagnosis,CCS classification,number of stents implanted,number of original criminal vessels,and course of PCI)(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Efficacy indicators: All efficacy indicators in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,among which the TCM symptom score and efficacy,SAQ(PL,AS,AF,TS)score and ECG efficacy in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HDL-C and LVEF in the observation group were improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05),but the levels of hs-CRP and SAQ(DS)were not significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P>0.05).3.Safety: During the treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in the vital signs,various laboratory indicators(three routine tests,liver and kidney function,coagulation function,electrolyte)of the patients in the two groups,and there were no adverse reactions(digestive tract reactions,allergic reactions,sudden cardiovascular events).Conclusion:1.Baoyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and myocardial ischemia of patients with recurrent angina pectoris after PCI of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,improve the quality of life and the functional status of the body,and reduce the level of blood lipids in patients.The clinical effect is better than that of western medicine alone.2.Baoyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can improve the level of LVEF in patients with coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI,but there is no significant difference in reducing the level of inflammatory factor hs-CRP after intervention and improving the disease cognition of patients compared with western medicine.3.Baoyuan Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with recurrent angina pectoris after PCI with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has a low incidence of adverse events and high safety of clinical medication.
