The Correlation Studies Between Of The Syndromes And The Distribution And Pattern Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:To study psoriasis vulgaris by collecting general data of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,distribution of surface lesions,distribution of twelve cutaneous regions lesions and types of lesions,and using the new theory of traditional Chinese medicine for treating psoriasis.The relationship between skin lesion distribution,morphology and TCM syndrome types provides more basis for the differentiation and treatment of psoriasis vulgaris from the meridian syndrome differentiation and skin lesion differentiation,and guides clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:This study investigated the outpatients and inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria for psoriasis vulgaris in the “Chinese Clinical Dermatology” by using questionnaires,and diagnosed according to the new system of traditional Chinese medicine for psoriasis vulgaris,The collected data will be built into a database.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for general descriptive analysis,variance analysis,chi-square test,and frequency analysis.Results:1 In this study,a total of 412 eligible subjects were included.Since no data were collected for the heat consumption yin blood syndrome,no statistics were made.According to the frequency of syndrome distribution,they are divided into the following categories: The syndromes of liver depression transform fire invasive blood,yang deficiency simultaneously feel outside cold,qi and blood deficiency,wind and heat invasive blood,cold surrounded by fire,blood heat for a long time while the blood stasis,wet and heat invasive blood,and food-heat invasive blood,yin and blood deficiency syndrome,blood deficiency heat transform dry syndrome;2 The skin lesions surface frequency distribution of the top 10 are the lower leg,back,abdomen,thigh,forearm,elbow,chest,scalp,upper arms,sacral,the smallest frequency is the mucous membrane;psoriasis vulgaris lesions distribution of the main distribution of more than 60% of is the bladder meridian of foot great yang,stomach meridian of foot yang brightness,gallbladder meridian of foot lesser yang,triple energizer meridian of hand lesser yang,liver meridian of foot reverting yin,the smallest frequency is the pericardium meridian of hand reverting yin;lesion type according to the frequency of sorting were coin-like,chronic hypertrophy,guttate,eczema-like,map-like,droplet-like,ring,oyster,seborrheic shell,bank-like,lichen-like,wart-like;3 The syndromes of wind and heat invasive blood mainly distributed in the scalp,limbs,trunk,hand,three yang meridian of hand and foot,liver meridian of foot reverting yin,lung meridian of hand great yin,mainly skin lesions is guttate;yang deficiency simultaneously feel outside cold syndrome are mainly distributed in the limbs,sacral and back,the three yin and yang meridian of foot,triple energizer meridian of hand lesser yang are the main lesions,and the lesions are mostly chronic hypertrophy.The liver depression transform fire invasive blood syndrome is mainly distributed on the scalp,trunk,elbows,armpits,and lower limbs,the three yang meridian of foot,triple energizer meridian of hand lesser yang,the main lesions is liver meridian of foot reverting yin are the,and the skin lesions are mostly chronic hypertrophy-like,coin-like,and map-like.The wet and heat invasive blood syndromes are mainly distributed on the chest,abdomen,limbs,and groin,the stomach meridian of foot yang brightness,the bladder meridian of foot great yang,spleen meridian of foot great yin are the main symptoms,the skin lesions were mostly eczema-like;the syndromes of food-heat invasive blood was mainly distributed on the abdomen back,mainly by the three yang meridian of foot,and the skin lesions were mostly coin-like and map-like;the blood deficiency heat transform dry syndrome mainly distributed abdominal back and lower limbs,mainly in the three yang meridian of foot and spleen meridian of foot great yin,the skin lesions are mostly maplike,chronic hypertrophy;qi and blood deficiency mainly distributes the abdomen back back,limbs,and the end of limbs,mainly in the three yang meridian of foot,triple energizer meridian of hand lesser yang,the skin lesions mostly coin-shaped,map-like,ringshaped;The syndromes of blood heat for a long time while the blood stasis is energizer meridian of hand lesser yang and spleen meridians of foot great yin,the skin lesions are mostly map-like and chronic hypertrophy;the cold surrounded by fire syndrome is mainly distributed in the back,sacral and limbs,while in the three yang meridian of foot,triple energizer meridian of hand lesser yang and lung meridians of hand great yin,the main lesions are mostly map-like,chronic hypertrophy.Conclusion:1 The distribution of psoriasis vulgaris surface distribution and the distribution of twelve cutaneous regions have certain regularity;2 The distribution of psoriasis vulgaris surface distribution corresponds to the twelve cutaneous regions,in the ordinary type of psoriasis Under the guidance of the new theory of TCM differentiation and treatment of diseases,the distribution and type of lesions of psoriasis vulgaris are partially related to the syndrome types of TCM;3 The relationship between the distribution and shape of psoriasis vulgaris lesions and the syndrome types of TCM is studied.It has a certain guiding significance for perfecting the new system of differentiation and treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
