| Objective:By studying the influencing factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus with psoriasis vulgaris(TS)and the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes,the related influencing factors of psoriasis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and the distribution regularity of common TCM syndromes of TS were discussed,so as to provide references for the prevention and treatment of clinicians.Methods:A total of 132 subjects were included in this study.They were divided into type 2 diabetes mellitus with psoriasis vulgaris(TS)group and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)group according to whether they had psoriasis vulgaris or not.There were 66 cases in TS group and 66 cases in T2DM group.(1)Basic Data Collection:Personnel collected the sex,age,length of stay,number of hospitalizations,duration of diabetes,history of smoking,drinking,hypoglycemic regimen,family history of diabetes mellitus,measured height and weight,calculated and recorded body mass index(BMI)(BMI=body weight(kg)/height(m),recorded fasting blood of patients at admission.Sugar(FPG),glycated serum albumin(GSP),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),lipoprotein(a),uric acid(UA)and psoriasis lesion area and severity(PASI score).(2)Collection of TCM syndromes:According to Schedule2,the main TCM symptoms,tongue,pulse and local skin lesions of the subjects were collected and quantified,and TCM syndromes were classified by two or more deputy directors or chief physicians of TCM.All the results were analyzed by SPSS25.0.Result:1.FPG in TS group was higher than that in T2DM group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05)by binary logistic classification.By linear correlation and simple linear regression analysis,FPG was correlated with PASI score of psoriasis(P<0.05).2.Glycosylated serum albumin(GSP)in TS group was significantly higher than that in T2DM group.There was a significant difference between GSP and PASI score in psoriasis(P<0.05)by two-class logistic analysis(P<0.05).Linear correlation and simple linear regression analysis showed that GSP was correlated with PASI score in psoriasis(P<0.05).3.The serum LDL-C level in TS group was significantly higher than that in T2DM group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum HDL-C,TC,TG,lipoprotein(a)and UA between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between serum LDL-C,HDL-C,TC,TG,lipoprotein(a),UA and PASI score(P>0.05).4.BMI in TS group was higher than that in T2DM group(P<0.05).5.The amount of smoking in TS group was significantly higher than that in T2DM group(P<0.05).6.There was no significant difference in hospitalization days,age and alcohol consumption between TS group and T2DM group(P>0.05).7.There were more males in TS group than in T2DM group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).8.The highest frequency of syndrome in TS group was qiyinliangxujiayuzheng,followed by yinxureshengzheng,qiyinliangxujiashirezheng,qiyinliangxujiareduzheng,qiyinliangxuzheng,ganshenyinxuzheng.Compared with the two groups,there were significant differences in qiyinliangxujiayuzheng,qiyinliangxujiareduzheng and qiyinliangxuzheng(P<0.05).The frequency of qiyinliangxujiayuzheng and qiyinliangxujiareduzheng in TS group was higher than that in T2DM group,and the frequency of qiyinliangxuzheng in T2DM group was higher than that in TS group.Conclusion:I.Gender,BMI,smoking dose,FPG and LDL-C were the influencing factors of TS.Age,length of stay,HDL-C,TC,TG,lipoprotein(a),UA were not significantly associated with TS.2.FPG,GSP and PASI scores were significantly correlated.3.Compared with the T2DM group,the TCM syndromes in TS group were mainly qiyinliangxujiayuzheng and yinxureshengzheng,followed by qiyinliangxujiashirezheng,qiyinliangxujiareduzheng,qiyinliangxuzheng,ganshenyinxuzheng. |
