Objective: The expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors was detected in patients with adenomyosis of different infiltration depths,to explore its role in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis, and to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of adenomyosis.Method:A total of 30 patients who underwent total hysterectomy for factor adenomyosis at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January2015 to December 2019 were collected as the experimental group(Group A: 12 cases with depth of infiltration ?50%;BGroup: Infiltration depth> 50%,18 cases in total);15 cases in normal control group. The expression levels of ER and PR in adenomyosis, ectopic endometrium and normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical SP method;Observe the depth of ADS lesion infiltration, the number of glandular spread in the muscular layer and the number of positive sections under the light microscope, for statistical analysis.Result:1.The distribution of ADS lesions in the experimental group was mainly concentrated in the posterior wall(66%),and its distribution was not related to the depth of infiltration(P>0.05);the thickness of the ADS uterine myometrium and the number of glandular spread in the muscular layer of group B were higher than those of group A,The difference was significant(P<0.01);and the number of positive slices group B> group A(P<0.05).2.ER and PR were positively expressed in the in situ endometrium, ectopic endometrium of the experimental group and the intima of the control group, and the comparison of the three groups: in situ intima ER> ectopic intima ER> control intima ER,(P<0.01);in situ intima PR> control group intima PR> ectopic intima PR,(P<0.01).The ER and PR of the control group had periodic changes(P<0.05,P<0.01);the ER and PR of the experimental group had no periodic changes(P>0.05).3.The ER in situ endometrial ER was highly expressed in groups A and B,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),while the expression of PR in group A> B,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01);4.The expression of ADS ectopic endometrial ER group B> A group, thedifference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);PR was low expression, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The depth of lesion infiltration in the experimental group was positively correlated with ectopic endometrial ER expression, glandular spread and dysmenorrhea(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01);dysmenorrhea was related to ectopic endometrial ER and gland The degree of body dispersal was positively correlated(P<0.01,P<0.01)..Conclusion:ER and PR were positively expressed in ADS eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium, and their expression did not change periodically. With the increase of the depth of lesion infiltration,ADS continued high expression of ER in situ and PR expression decreased;ER expression of ectopic endometrium increased,PR continued to low expression. The depth of ADS lesion infiltration is closely related to the degree of glandular spread, ectopic endometrial ER and dysmenorrhea.
