| Objective: Objective to study the changes of serum Nesfatin-1 level in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertriglyceridemia and to explore their correlation with clinical indicators. Methods: A total of 120 people from December 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into three groups.NC group have 40 cases,T2DM-NBL group have 40 cases and T2DM-HTG group have 40 cases.Three groups of fasting serum Nesfatin-1 were measured by ELISA.Meanwhile,FPG,FINS,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,Hb A1 c,Homa-IR,BMI were measured.Nesfatin-1 level and clinical indicators were compared by one-way ANOVA.The Nesfatin-1 level and clinical indicators were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.P< 0.05 had statistical significance. Results: 1.The level of Nesfatin-1 in group T2DM-HTG and in group T2DM-NBL was lower than that in NC group(P < 0.05).The level of Nesfatin-1 in group T2DM-HTG was lower than that in T2DM-NBL group(P < 0.05).2.Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Nesfatin-1 was negatively correlated with FPG,Homa-IR,TG,Hb A1 c and BMI.(P <0.05).3.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that TG and BMI were independent factors affecting the serum Nesfatin-1 level(B=-34.63,-38.26,P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum Nesfatin-1 level of type 2 diabetes with hypertriglyceride is significantly lower,Nesfatin-1 may increase the utilization of glucose and free fatty acids and involved in the metabolism of glycolipids. |
