Objective:The expression of PD-L1 and p53 in patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma was detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between PD-L1 and p53 and the clinical features and prognosis of Hodgkin’s lymphoma was investigated.Methods:1 49 cases of Hodgkin’s lymphoma were first diagnosed in the Department of Hematology, fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University,From March 2009 to March 2017,with complete clinical data. All the cases were pathologically confirmed as Hodgkin’s lymphoma.2 The pathological wax masses of all the patients were borrowed from the pathology department, and the expression of PD-L1 and p53 in the tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining SP method with 4um serial sections.3 The experimental data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 21.0software.The qualitative data were analyzed by x~2 test, the quantitative data by t test and variance test, and the correlation analysis by spearman correlation analysis(P<0.05).Results:1.The positive rate of PD-L1 was 65.3%.the positive rate of p53 was59.20%.There was no correlation between the expression of p53 protein and the expression of PD-L1.2.There was no correlation between p53 and age, sex, stage,B symptom,Ki-67 expression rate,P>0.05.There was no correlation between the expression of PD-L1 and age,sex,Ki-67,B symptoms(P>0.05),and there was a positive correlation between the expression of PD-L1and the expression of Ki-67.3.There was no correlation between the expression of PD-L1 and the PFS(P>0.05).The median OS time was 58 months in the positive group, and the 5-year PFS rate was 78.3%in the patients with positive PD-L1 and78.3%in the patients with positive PD-L1,which was higher than the PFS rate of 62.5%in the patients with negative PD-L1.4.There was no correlation between the expression of p53 and PFS,OS.The median PFS was 36 months in the patients with p53 positive, and the median PFS was 64 months in the patients with p53 negative. The median OS time of the patients with p53 positive was 52 months, which was lower than that of the patients with p53 negative.Conclusions:1.There was no correlation between the expression of PD-L1,p53protein and the age, sex, stage,B symptom and There was correlation between the expression of PD-L1 and the expression of Ki-67.2.There was no correlation between the expression of p53 protein and the expression of PD-L1.The expression of p53 protein could not predict the expression of PD-L1.3.The 5-year PFS rate of PD-L1 positive patients was higher than that of PD-L1 negative patients. The progression-free survival time of PD-L1positive patients was longer than that of PD-L1 negative patients.
