The Clinical Curative Effective On Huang Qi Jian Zhong Tang Jia Wei In Treating Functional Diarrhea(Spleen Yang Qi Deficiency )

Objective:The clinical study of functional diarrhea(Spleen Yang Qi Deficiency)treated by Huangqi Jianzhong Tang jia wei is used to observe its clinical efficacy and safety,and to provide new clinical ideas for the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:All the 60 patients included in the study were diagnosed as having functional diarrhea(Spleen Yang Qi Deficiency)at the senior cadre outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Sixty patients were randomly assigned to Treatment group and control group,each 30 cases.Among them,the treatment group was given Huangqi Jianzhong Tang jia wei and the control group was given Smecta combined with gold bifurcation.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.Observe the clinical efficacy,scores of TCM symptoms,recurrence rate,and safety before and after treatment in both groups.Results:(1)Effectiveness analysis: After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(r<0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)The difference between the two groups in the improvement of the main symptoms and the secondary symptoms,the treatment group compared with the control group(r<0.05),there are statistical significance,suggesting that the treatment group in improving the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is better than the control group.(3)After the end of the treatment,the recurrence was observed in 5 patients and the recurrence rate was 20%.In the control group,12 patients relapsed with a recurrence rate of 52.17%.The relapse rate of the two groups was statistically significant.(4)There was a significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of primary symptoms and secondary symptoms compared with the control group(r<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Jianzhong Tang can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional diarrhea(Spleen Yang Qi Deficiency),has good safety,it can reduce the clinical recurrence rate,and has good clinical application prospects.It is worth further study.
