Study On The Effect Of Modifide Xiaojianzhong Decoction On Effectiveness,Serum Gastric Function And Helicobacter Pylori Expression In Chronic Gastritis Patients

Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Under endoscope,chronic gastritis is divided into chronic superficial gastritis and chronic atrophic gastritis.To analyze the curative effect of Modifide Xiaojianzhong Decoction on Effectiveness,Serum Gastric Function and Helicobacter pylori(HP)Expression in Chronic Gastritis(CG)Patients,and to explore the mechanism,in order to explore the optimization scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for CG.Methods:The 96 patients were divided into two groups:chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)including 48 cases and chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)group with 48 cases According to the results of endoscopy.Both were given Modifide Xiaojianzhong Decoction in treatment and used for 8 weeks.To investigate the efficacy,serum gastric function,and clearance rate of H.pylori in both groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: Among 48 patients with CSG group,Clinical cure 8 cases,markedly effective 22 cases,effective 15 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 93.8%;CAG group of 48 patients,Clinical cure 6 cases,19 cases markedly effective,effective 16 cases,invalid 7 cases,the total efficiency of 85.4%.There is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Hp clearance rate comparison: the CSG group,35 cases of clinically effective,ineffective in 13 cases,the total efficiency of 72.9%,in the SAG group clinically effective 30 cases,ineffective in 18 cases,the total efficiency of 62.5%,the difference between the two groups was no significant(P>0.05).3.Serum Gastric Function comparison:Two groups of patients before treatment compared with after treatment,The range of CSG,there was no statistical significance in PGI(P>0.05),and PGII,PGR and G-17 were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the group of CAG,Each of them has statistical significance(P<0.05).In comparison with serum gastric function after treatment in two groups,the patients had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.On the basis of Xiaojianzhong Decoction,the treatment of chronic gastritis is effective and remarkable.2.It is effective to remove HP infection.3.It can significantly adjust the level of Serum Gastric Function with CG.
