Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Chai Fu Wendan soup and rabeprazole in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(liver and stomach gloomy heat type)and to evaluate its long-term therapeutic effect.It provides clinical evidence for its treatment of the disease.Methods:Collecting the medical records of 304 patients from the outpatient and ward rooms of the MIANYANG HOSPITAL OF T.C.M,THE THIRD HOSPITAL OF MIANYANG and MIANYANG PEOPLE'S HOSPITAL,I randomly divided them into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group consisting of 152 patients was given Chai Fu Wendan soup combined with rabeprazole.The control group which was made up with 152 patients was given rabeprazole sodium and moxaballi.Both of the groups were treated for 8 weeks,followed by follow-up visits in 4 weeks and 16 weeks,focusing on observing the changes of clinical symptoms and evaluating the overall efficacy.After the treatment,the observation results were statistically analyzed with SPSS21.0.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in the gender,age and course of disease,the main clinical symptoms and the secondary clinical symptoms,after the statistical analysis.It turned out that it is comparable.2.Clinical symptom integral comparison: after 8 weeks of treatment,both treatments were effective in patients with clinical symptoms(P<0.05).Two groups of treatment for retrosternal pain,the diagnosis of burning pain,belching reflux,vest,pain,dry mouth have no statistical differences.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)in the improvement of other symptoms.3.Comparison of the overall clinical efficacy: The total effective rate was 98.6% in the treatment group after 8 weeks of treatment,while 97% in the control group(P>0.05).At the follow-up visit in 4 weeks,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy was99.3% in the treatment group while 32.6% in the control group(P<0.05).At the follow-up visit in 16 weeks,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy was 99.3% in the treatment group while 53.4% in the control group(P<0.05).4.Recurrence comparison: Both groups were able to effectively control the recurrence of clinical symptoms,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).5.Neither group had adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:Treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(liver and stomach gloomy heat type)by Chai Fu Wendan soup and rabeprazole have the exact synthesis and long-term effect.Applications should be further promoted.
