Clinical Observation On The Curative Effect Of Pinellia Magnolia Officinalis Decoction In The Treatment Of Febrile And Ulcerative Reflux Disease Of Liver-stomach Type

1.purpose To investigate the clinical effect of pinellia magnolia officinalis decoction in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach heat retention type.2.methods Selection in March,2017-December 2017,our hospital liver stomach wind-cold type non ulceratie gastroesophageal reflux disease in patients with 60 cases,randomly divided into two groups,group and control group 30 cases respectively,and the control group patients' regular rabeprazole azole treatment,patients in group for regular rabeprazole azole treatment using pinellia tuber magnolia officinalis tonga subtraction treatment at the same time,record the curative effect of two groups of patients,SAS and SDS score,and disease recurrence.3.the results 3.1 overall curative effect of symptoms in western medicine Western medicine symptom efficacy of the two groups after treatment,after chi-square test,P>0.05,indicating no statistically significant difference between the two groups.3.2 RDQ,SAS and SDS scores RDQ,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.3 overall efficacy of TCM syndromes After treatment,the efficacy of TCM symptoms in the two groups was evaluated by chi-square test and P<0.05,indicating statistically significant difference in efficacy between the two groups,and the efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group in improving the liver and stomach heat retention type NERD.3.4 total score of TCM symptoms After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the study group and the control group before and after treatment was compared,and the t-test showed that P<0.05 was statistically significant,and the total score of TCM symptoms in the study group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the t-test showed that P<0.05 was statistically significant.3.5 clinical symptom scores of TCM After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group and the control group before and after treatment were compared,and the T test showed that P < 0.05,showing a statistical difference,indicating that both groups had improved symptoms.After treatment,all TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared.After T test,P> 0.05 was found in symptoms of heartburn,acid reflux,epigastric swelling,chest tightness and pain,with no significant statistical difference.In the aspects of symptom belching,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,upset and irritability,dry and bitter mouth,double pressure bloating and secretion of stool,the score of symptoms in the study group decreased more significantly than that in the control group,and all of them had P<0.05,showing a significant statistical difference.3.6 evaluation of side effects and recurrence Two weeks after treatment,side effects in the two groups were evaluated by chi-square test,P<0.05.Two weeks after treatment,the two groups had recurrence,which was statistically significant by chi-square test(P<0.05).3.7 safety evaluation During the test period,no adverse reactions occurred in the patients of the two groups,and no obvious abnormalities were found in the three routine examinations(blood,urine and feces routine),electrocardiogram,liver and kidney functions and vital signs before and after the treatment.The safety rating is rated as class I.4.conclusion Compared in two groups of patients before and after treatment,the conventional ray Bella azole treatment group patients using pinellia tuber magnolia officinalis tonga subtraction treatment at the same time,in improving the clinical symptoms and anxiety,depression,curative effect is better than that of control group,and the SAS and SDS score is low,low probability of relapse,treatment side effects are relatively low,for traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of liver stomach wind-cold type of inexpensive rotten gastroesophageal reflux disease provides a new way,to further expand the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of liver stomach wind-cold type of erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.
