Objective:In this study through randomized, controlled clinical trials,to observe changes in TCM symptom scores, recurrence rates, and nutritional improvements.Using these index to evaluate the effect of supplementing qi and activating blood on the recovery period of acute pancreatitis,in order to form a comprehensive Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis recurrence treatment programs.Materials and Methods: This study collects 62 patients belong to recovery period of acute pancreatitis who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from August 2015 to February 2017.They were randomly divided into experimental group 31 cases and control group 31 cases. The control group used health education, diet control and other methods;the experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine supplementing qi and activating blood on the basis of the control group, and selected Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Decoction and Ge Xia Zhu Yu Decoction for a total treatment time of 3 months.Observe the change of symptom score, nutrition index improvement and recurrence rate of 3 months,6 months and 1 year before and after treatment in the two groups of patients, and record the possible situation.SPSS18.0 software was used to perform statistical analysis on the data. Results: The two groups were consistent at baseline and comparable(P>0.05);The scores of the main symptoms of the experimental group after three months of treatment were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the secondary symptoms(lightness)of the experimental group after three months of treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),but the dry mouth There was no difference in the improvement of the symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).The total scores of the two groups after treatment(the total score of the main symptoms, the total scores of the secondary symptoms and the total scores of the primary and secondary symptoms)were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After three months of treatment, the symptoms of the main symptoms of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).After three months of diet control and health education, the symptoms of the main symptoms did not improve significantly; The improvement of the main symptoms was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in nutritional status scores after intervention between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups after 3 months(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the two groups was compared after 6 months and 1 year. The recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the cause and acute recurrence did not correlation(P>0.05).Conclusion: Supplementing qi and activating blood method has a significant effect on the recovery period of acute pancreatitis, which can reduce the recurrence rate. The symptoms of TCM in the recovery period of acute pancreatitis are improved and the safety is high.
