Clinical Reasearch On Primordial Labour-unstable Liniangina With The Therapy Of Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood Circulation

Objective:To observe the clinical effecte of the therapy of supplementing Qi andactivating blood on the disease of primordial labour-unstable angina and to Probe itsmechanism of action.Methods:60patients of labour-unstable angina were divided randomly intoexperiment group(30patients) and control group(30patients).The experiment group wastreated with Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang Decoction，sublingual nitroglycerin essencially.whilethe control group was treated with nitroglycerin. Four weeks later,we observed the effecton the patients.Result: The totle angina effective rate is83.3%in experiment group while in thecontrol group76.7%, the effects are mostly the same(P>0.05);The totle effective rate of thesymptoms on traditional Chinese medicine is83.3%in experiment group,73.3%in thecontrol group. the effects in experiment group are better than the control group;ECG totleeffective rate is60%both in the experiment group and the control group, the effects aremostly the same(P>0.05). Nitroglycerin lapse rate is83.3%in experiment group,76.7%incontrol group. Cholesterol, Triglycerideare obviously is lower in experiment group thanin control group,while HDL is higher.Conclusion: It is Pointed that the therapy of supplementing Qi and activating blood iseffective and safe for the patients with primordial labour-unstable angina，has yiqihuoxueanalgesic efficacy. It can relief the the clinical symptoms effecually,improve the ECG,Themechanism of action may be related to its effect on reducing blood-fat.It prompted thatthe method of yiqihuoxue and tongluo analgesic is the one of commonly used effectivetreatments that can be used to cure angina pectoris in patients with Qixuxueyu.
