Clinical Research Of Yiqihuoxue Decotion In Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris (Qi-eficiency And Blood-tasis Type)

Object:To study the clinical effect of Yiqihuoxue Decotion,to explore its mechanism,to evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety,provides practical and effective treatment for patients with unstable angina pectoris(Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis type).Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,select the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM(Shandong Provincial hospital of TCM)60 cases of cardiology,general internal medicine outpatient and inpatient,with randomized controlled study,only were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Control group with general treatment and conventional western medicine treatment,treatment group on the basis of the control group and treatment with Yiqihuoxue decotion,one dose daily,take the medicine warm after morning and evening meal(200 ml),evaluate the clinical effect after 4 weeks.System observation and comparison of two groups of Patients before and after treatment in the security indexes,pulse(P),respiration(R),heart rate(HR),blood pressure(BP),three conventional,liver and kidney function,etc.,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of angina Pectoris treatment effect assessment of traditional Chinese medicine,the degree of pain,symptoms outcome,judgement of syndrome integral,nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate,routine ECG examination,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),the change of D-dimer,to evaluate treatment(Yiqihuoxue decotion)the efficacy and safety.Result: A After 4 weeks of treatment,the patient's overall condition improved: the efficacy of the treatment group for unstable angina,angina pain,TCM symptoms,TCM syndrome score,nitroglycerin reduction rate,and EKG improvement were all superior to the control group(P <0.05);The blood lipids in both groups were improved.The experimental group was better than the control group in improving TG and LDL-C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in TC and HDL-C(P>0.05).The decline of D-dimer was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conlusion:On the basis of routine treatment,Yiqihuoxue Decotion treatment of unstable angina pectoris can achieve better efficacy,improve the patient's clinical symptoms,relieve the patient's discomfort,improve the quality of life,good safety and tolerability,Clinical further application.
