A Systematic Review And Meta-analysis Of Acupuncture Combined With Routine Western Medicine For Angina Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by systematic reviews and Meta-analysis;Objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and provide a reference for acupuncture treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods: To formulate inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria base on Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions5.1.0;Search Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI Journal Full-text Database),Wanfang Data Resource System,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,etc.To investigate efficacy by Revman5.3 of the Results,To investigate safety by the number of adverse reactions for the included literature studies.Result: 142 documents were retrieved,21 studies that meet the inclusion criteria,All Chinese documents,1774 subjects were included in the study.Meta analysis results show:Acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine can reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the number of episodes of angina pectoris,improve the cardiac function,exercise tolerance of patients with coronary heart disease,angina pectoris,reduce patient anxiety,improve quality of life,and improve health and the spiritual state,Compared with conventional western medicine treatment.Conclusion: The results of this systematic review suggest that acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine has a positive effect on the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.and provides a certain reference for acupuncture treatment.due to the small number of documents included in this systematic review,all of which are Chinese documents,the methodological quality are relatively low,The result of analysis has a certain degree of bias,which affects the strength of the argument.A randomized blind control trial of large sample,multi center,and design specification is required,to evaluate vedffect of acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease more accurately.
