FD(Functional Dyspepsia) Analysis Of TCM Physique Investigation And Related Factors

Objective:This study summarized all previous dynasties about FD and the related theory of TCM constitution,based on the analysis of wakefulness,patient’s general situation and physical distribution regularity of traditional Chinese medicine,discusses wakefulness,morbidity and qi depression constitution relationship of traditional Chinese medicine,to wakefulness,disease prevention and control to provide new way of thinking.Methods:According to the research design of the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,128 patients with FD were selected as test group and the selection of the same area and age without sleep disorders health people as control group,the general situation questionnaire and physical learning assessment of traditional Chinese medicine,patients generally and statistical analysis of the constitutional type distribution of the two groups,discuss qi depression constitution relationship with the occurrence and development of wakefulness.Results:1.Not mei qi depression constitution(64.84%),patients with non qi depression constitution(36.14%),control group qi depression constitution of 14 cases,accounted for 10.94%,by the chi-square test available: X2 =79.03,P=0.000,there are significant difference,statistically significant,that qi depression constitution is FD in patients with multiple physical.2.Qi depression constitution,FD patients,knowledge workers accounted for 71.43%.The knowledge workers accounted for 28.57%,53.33% patients without qi depression constitution of mental work,the knowledge workersaccounted for 46.67%.P = 0.031,both has the difference,qi depression constitution,FD patients are knowledge workers.3.Qi depression constitution,FD patients,has upset(68.67%),no upset accounted for 31.33%,than the upset the qi depression constitution in 46.51%,no upset people accounted for 53.49%.P = 0.008,both has the difference,qi depression constitution,FD patients is more upset.Conclusion:1.Qi depression constitution is FD patients prone to physical.2.Qi depression constitution,FD patients are knowledge workers.3.Qi depression constitution,FD patients characterized by more upset.This tip,clinical treatment of FD,Qi resolve depression of wind-cold drug compatibility should be clear solution at the same time,the prevention and treatment of dry fire,qi drugs cause change certificate.
