Objective:To observe the improvement of syndromes and signs of patients before and after treatment by using acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing for patients with cold-stagnation and stagnation type of tubal inflammatory infertility, and whether there is any change in tubal patency, statistical pregnancy rate, and evaluation The clinical value of therapy. Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group. The control group was given orally with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and auricular acupoint pressing. Both groups of patients began treatment in each menstrual cycle on the first day after menstruation was clean, continuous treatment for 10 days, total treatment for 3 menstrual cycles. Before and after treatment, the efficacy index and safety index of the two groups were tested. The pregnancy rate within 6 months after treatment, the tubal patency and the syndrome and physical score before and after treatment were compared.Result: 1.There were no differences in the general data(age, duration, type of infertility, history of abortion, history of UU/CT infection)and pre-treatment conditions(fallopian tube patency score,TCM syndrome score, local physical score)between the two groups.Significance(P>0.05).2.The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 46.67%,and the pregnancy rate of the control group was 20.00%.There was no ectopic pregnancy in the two groups. The difference was statistically significant(P=0.028<0.05),indicating that the treatment group can significantly improve the pregnancy rate of the patients..3.The total effective rate of treatment of tubal patency in the treatment group was 76.67%,compared with the total effective rate of 40.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006<0.05),indicating the treatment group's patency of the fallopian tube. The curative effect was significantly higher than the control group.4.The total effective rate of treatment of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than the total effective rate of 66.67%in the control group(P=0.048<0.05).The total effective rate of local signs in the treatment group was 83.33%,higher than The total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%(P=0.047<0.05).It indicated that the improvement of TCM syndromes and local signs in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.5.History of abortion has a certain relationship with UU/CT infection(P=0.013<0.05).Patients with a history of abortion have higher UU/CT infection rate than patients without abortion history;UU/CT infection and tubal patency have certain Relationships(P=0.011<0.05),patients with a history of UU/CT infection, tubal patency was lower than patients without a history of UU/CT infection. Conclusion: 1.Compared with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint compression can significantly improve the intrauterine pregnancy rate of patients with cold and dampness type of fallopian tube infertility.2.Acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing can effectively reduce the degree of fallopian tube obstruction in patients with tubal inflammatory infertility, increase the recanalization rate of fallopian tube, and the efficacy in improving TCM syndromes and signs is more obvious than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone.3.Patients with a history of abortion had a higher UU/CT infection rate than patients without a history of abortion;patients with a history of UU/CT infection had a lower tubal patency than patients without a history of UU/CT infection.4.The use of acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing for the treatment of cold and dampness type of fallopian tube inflammatory infertility, its efficacy is significant, and high safety,no significant adverse reactions, worthy of clinical use.
